The space
Welcome to Paddock Heights at Five Sticks Farm—our 105-acre sustainable fruit and berry farm, just 12 minutes from beautiful Bellingen.

Beautifully renovated and thoughtfully styled, the apartment comfortably sleeps four and has everything you need to settle in and truly unwind. Guests often comment on the incredibly comfortable beds, quality linen and just how well they sleep here—one of the many reasons they leave feeling refreshed and already planning their next visit.

Start your day with coffee on the wraparound deck overlooking the paddocks and rainforest, where wallabies are regular visitors. Spend your afternoons exploring the region, relaxing on the property or enjoying everything the Games Shed has to offer before gathering around the firepit for dinner beneath a sky full of stars.

From November, guests will also enjoy exclusive private sessions in our new plunge pool overlooking the paddocks and rainforest. Boutique glamping for up to four additional guests launches this spring, with further expansion planned in 2027 for larger family getaways and group stays.

The Games Shed

We built the Games Shed as a place for people to spend time together. Somewhere to cook around the fire, play a few games, share a meal or simply sit and chat with a drink at the end of the day.

It's become one of the most talked-about parts of a stay at Five Sticks—and, judging by the reviews, where many of the best memories are made.

Farm Life

Five Sticks is our family home as well as a working sustainable fruit and berry farm. While the apartment is private, with its own entrance, wraparound deck and guest spaces, you may see us around the property caring for the farm, tending the gardens or continuing our bush regeneration project.

We're also lucky to share the farm with free-ranging chooks and guinea fowl, elusive resident koalas, plenty of wallabies and an incredible variety of native birdlife. Mini Miss Myrtle and Hawksley, our friendly farm dogs, may also wander over to say hello.

Guests have exclusive use of the Paddock Heights apartment, wraparound deck, Games Shed, terrace and firepit—everything you need to relax, unwind and enjoy your stay.

From November 2026, you'll also enjoy exclusive bookable two-hour sessions in our private plunge pool overlooking the paddocks and rainforest.

During your stay, you're welcome to:

Help yourself to firewood and kindling for the firepit
Pick fresh herbs from the garden for cooking
Enjoy seasonal blueberry picking by arrangement

Five Sticks is a working farm and an ongoing bush regeneration project, so we ask guests to remain within the designated guest areas shown on the property map. A map is provided on arrival to help you make the most of your stay while protecting our regenerating bushland, native wildlife and your safety.
