Beautiful views, quiet space

Beautiful apartment very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Lovely quiet area with restaurants and shops nearby. There are some great hiking trails near the property all detailed in the information pack. Nancy and Gil made us feel very welcome we really enjoyed our stay.

This property far exceeded my expectations. Nancy and Gil were thoughtful and very accommodating. The patio is very private and a great area to unwind. The gardens and the landscaping are outstanding. I highly recommend this property.

We have made regular visits to Victoria for the past 10 years, but this was our first visit to this VRBO location. It was perfect for our needs, and the suite had everything we could need for our stay (and was spotlessly clean and had a welcoming feel). The owners were beyond helpful, and we left with only good vibes about this vacation. Shops and bus stop a walk away.

Wonderful experience right from our contact with the hosts before our arrival to the point when we had to say goodbye!Check in was easy and Nancy and Gil were quick to respond to any questions we had.The unit was clean and bright, including everything we needed for our week stay. The location is perfect for travel to and from the airport and downtown Victoria. So close but provides a beautiful and quiet spot to unwind!Thanks for your hospitality. The flat was perfect. Clean comfortable it was in a quiet neighborhood and a very short drive or uber to downtown. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

The small area where the house is located is lovely, but the STUNNING yard belongs to these owners. The place is immaculate and gas everything short term renters could want. Owners are friendly and accommodating. The outdoor patio is relaxing, and the BBQ is a nice touch! All and all we'd give it 5 stars!! Cheers.

Wonderful place to stay. It is centrally located with a rapid access to most of what Victoria has to offer. Thé apartment is great, well equipped, cozy and super clean! Nancy is a great host and it is really easy to communicate with her. There is also a really nice patio reserved for guests. It is a perfect place and we wouldn’t hesitate a second to recommend it!

Exceeded expectations - hosts Nancy and Gil were friendly and thoughtful, the property is comfortable, clean, and bright with stunning views, we had everything we needed and then some. Enjoyed the back patio and walks around nearby parks. The information booklet led us to some excellent dining and walks/hikes we didn’t know about during previous trips to Victoria. Would definitely stay here again and hoping to have an opportunity to soon!

We came to Vancouver Island for our anniversary and stayed in this lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and the owners were so friendly and helpful. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood and just a few minutes from the port.

The owners were very thoughtful and helpful. A very nice oasis where I could come back and relax. I would book this again! Just what I needed. I enjoyed the little seating area out back and the views.

The apartment was bright and clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location for our needs. The lovely outdoor patio was a bonus. The hosts, Nancy and Gil, were congenial and accessible. I would recommend highly and will come again.

We loved staying here! It was clean and cozy comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We had an issue with the tv but the owners went above and beyond to fix it. We’ve used VRBO in Europe Hawaii and Canada and this rental really stood out. The neighborhood was safe and very pretty. Definitely would stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this clean and well equipped over garage suite. Perfect location for getting anywhere in Victoria and great short hikes at Christmas Hill. Nancy was very prompt and helpful with all communication.

First time in BC & what a great experience… Location was ideal. Had the opportunity to meet some amazing people. There’s nothing like conversing with the Locals to really get the layout.

The property is as advertised. It is clean, bright and comfortable. Nancy is very responsive to any questions or issues that may arise. The location is just off the Pat Bay highway so it is easy to get where you want to go. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The suite had all of the amenities needed. The hosts were helpful and gracious (available if needed, but not intrusive). We enjoyed it like a home away from home and the location is great as it is centrally located (good as we wanted to explore different areas). Highly recommend.

The apartment is exactly as pictured. It is very comfortable and inviting. The location was easy to access and close to amenities. We will definitely choose to stay there again!

This place was exactly what I needed. Nice, clean space with very comfortable couch and bed. The garden/patio was perfect place to sit out in the evening. Just enough space for a single traveler or couple. The hosts were incredible. The first night their dogs were barking at an animal outside. They messaged me first thing in the morning to check whether or not I was disturbed and to apologize. When my plans changed last minute and I decided to leave 1 day early, I messaged them to let them know so they wouldn't worry why I wasn't there and if they wanted to get a head start on cleaning. Without me asking, they refunded my last night's stay which I certainly was not expecting. I would definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in Victoria

We have been visiting Victoria for close to 40 years and honestly this is the best place we have ever stayed at. Nancy and Gil are wonderful hosts. They supplied us with a bicycle trail map which we used every day. They were there to answer any questions we had. The accommodation was beautiful and the location was perfect for cycling around the city. We only wished we had been able to stay longer. We will be back for sure.

Property exactly as described, clean, updated, well appointed. Comfortable bed, wonderful sunlights, fantastic hosts. Nancy and Gill clearly care, and it shows.

The property is very spacious, clean, and has all the amenities that you’d expect. Full kitchen if you wish to cook yourself, including laundry and dryer machines if you want to wash some clothes. Neighbourhood is quiet and roughly 10 min drive to downtown. My wife and I took Uber to the city center and it ranged around $15-$20 per trip. Nancy and Gil were awesome hosts, some of the best hosts I’ve ever had. Our stay was better than any hotel we could have booked. Would recommend anyone to stay here. 10/10 stay.

The suite is as charming as shown in the pics. As a noise phobe I was grateful for how quiet and peaceful the suite and setting are. The owners are lovely and helpful. I'll definitely stay on my next trip to Victoria.

Very charming, clean and well provisioned space. Excellent bed, beautiful views and spectacular private outdoor living room. All amenities in excellent condition and the hosts, who live on-site, are very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again. A great location to enjoy both downtown Victoria and the many beaches and parks from a quiet home base.
