Beautiful Valley Farm House, With View

This place is amazing! So clean and just beautiful. The hosts were always very responsive when I had a question about something. I did get the opportunity to meet Joan and we chatted briefly she is such a delight. The only thing I can think of to point out to folks is if you cannot climb stairs then I’m not sure this place is for you. You do have to go up stairs to get to the living quarters.

Location was very convenient for food and places we planned to go. The children loved the backyard space for running.

This place was immaculate. Everything was clean and very tidy. All rooms were well organized and the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. The host was very communicative and answered any and all questions. I would definitely use this place again.

The weather was warm enough to be able to sit out on the balcony and take in the peaceful surroundings.The inside of the apartment was gorgeous.I would definitely stay again because it was close to my destination.

I cannot use enough superlatives to describe how wonder our four night stay at this lovely house was! Clean, clean, clean! Beautifully decorated! All the essentials plus more for cooking were there. The fireplace was cozy and warming! The beds were comfy-cozy too! The owners were prompt at responding if we had questions. Just overall a lovely stay here! Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Seattle! Highly, highly recommend!!

This was the absolute best vacation rental I have ever stayed in, and Joan, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. The home was extremely comfortable, and it was spotless, with lovely decor, linens, and kitchen features. I'm already looking forward to staying there again.

The apartment is beautiful with high end finishes. We had a great stay. If you have people in your group that have trouble with stairs be aware there are lots of them to reach the apartment.

Absolute treat to stay here! Hosts were so helpful. Very clean. All amenities we could need. Fireplace was so relaxing. The back patio overlooking acres of natural land you could also walk through!

Wonderful location surrounded by country and farming operations. The space was bright and tastefully appointed with all the convenience of home.

Property is above the 3-car garage of a primary residence, with private entrance. So long as one is able to take one flight of stairs up to the area, everything is as advertised -- and likely lesser stairs overall compared to many Seatlle-area properties, where 2 or 3 stories are typical. Very nice floorplan and finishing touches -- upper-end, new-quality construction. Spacious and comfortable. We did not encounter any neighbors or homeowner. Nearby train might bother some (occasional whistles), but wasn't something that would dissuade us from staying again. Comfortably met our needs.

We were in town for a wedding and the location was so convenient to everything. Very clean and well stocked. Definitely will stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farm House! It was super clean and had everything we needed. The owners were so accommodating! Even though they were on the property with us, they respected our privacy. The train did not bother any of us and we loved the snacks that were left in the basket in the kitchen. We will gladly book this place again! Thank you for a great place to hang while we were in the area!

Wonderful place to stay!

It was a very nice space that looked new and modern and matched the online photos. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. While there was some training noise in the distance it was not bothersome.

This is our second time staying at Joan and Greg’s home and we hope it wont be our last. We maintain vacation rentals for a living and do have a tendency to be picky. The house is always spotless and the hosts are very responsive to any needs we might have. The location is close enough to stores and restaurants yet far enough away from everything to still be quiet and peaceful. The kitchen has anything you could need and the welcome basket of snacks is a nice treat after the drive in. The beds are very comfortable and there are sound diffusers to help you if you’re not a fan of trains. The CSX and Sounder tracks are nearby but not a distraction, just adds to the ambiance. We give them 5 stars because we can’t give them 10.

Excellent stay! The place was beautiful and host was amazing. Would recommend to anyone headed to the Seattle area. Our host not only had a beautiful place for us to stay but she also gave us many ideas of things to do and even ordered a grill to use when we asked if they had one which was not necessary but shows they want your stay to be perfect. Close to all the places we needed to go. A wonderful space for family to hang out. Great common area with private space for each person with three bedrooms. Friendly and welcoming.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate, sufficiently stocked, great kitchen provisions ( lots of cooks on this fam), 2 lovely fireplaces and a porch to relax and watch the sunrise. The host was ready to offer anything needed. It was perfect for uniting the Chicago & WA fam.

This is a lovely home and is well represented by the pictures. The kitchen is very well-equipped with high quality items, including pans, dishes and cutlery. The beds are high quality and very comfortable. Check-in was very easy. Strongly recommend and will probably try to stay there on our next visit to the Seattle area.

This was my first time leaving the Hawaiian Islands, my family and I came for my daughter’s wedding. Greg and Joan were so helpful and so kind. Communicating with them was an ease, their rental was absolutely gorgeous!! We loooved hearing the train every morning!! There was the possibility of a bomb cyclone the night before we were to leave to go back home, and Joan was so kind as to offering my family and I the option to come back and stay another night if our flights got canceled. We will definitely be back!!

So happy we found this beautiful apartment for our visit with our daughter. The place was the perfect setting for our Thanksgiving dinner. Beautiful, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Joan was very responsive to any questions we had, and very very gracious. Would definitely rent this place again when we come back to visit.

Joan’s place was such a great find. It’s close to family we were visiting. Was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay a night and she was very accommodating with that. Will definitely be back!

The apartment is very nice. It is an apartment with 19 steps to get to the door. Their is a train horn sound every 20-30 minutes all night. The host know about the train because the apartment is atteched to the house. There is noise machines to cover the noise of the trains. We asked for a refund after 1 night.

This property is connected to the owners house, but it’s ginormous and above the 3 car garage so it feels completely disconnected. This place was perfect. Hope to stay again.
