Beautiful Restored Two Bedroom Holiday Apartment with Infinity pool

We enjoyed our stay so much. The apartment is a bit outside near Peccioli. A nice and silent place. Inside was everything as expected. Especially the pool nearby we enjoyed such much. Nicely placed with a perfect view into the surrounding. Location is perfect for daily trips to Pisa, Lucca, Viarregio, Florence etc. Thx as well to Bernadetta for supporting us on-site.

A great property that had all the necessary amenities. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The shared pool was a good size with great views. Benedetta the property manager was lovely and ensured we had everything we needed. We would recommend.

You absolutely get what you see on the pictures. The apartment was clean, comfortable and also well equipped. The scenic view and sunset over the landscape of Tuscany was awsome. After some Sightseeingtours we enjoyed the silence and relaxing time at the pool. For questions or help we always could go to Bernadetta, who is such a lovely and helpful person. You can reach a supermarket in about 15 minutes by car. All in all, we had 2 wonderful weeks at a beautiful part of Tuscany!!!

We initially chose the property for its rural location within easy reach of towns and city we wanted to visit. Location very pretty, apartment exactly as described, homely clean and comfortable. Owners very responsive to any questions before travel. When we arrived late Bernadetta who looks after the apartment was so welcoming and kind and is a massive asset, thank you once again. Comfortable, well equipped apartment with lovely views from main bedroom. Use of a large pool included which had stunning views of the surrounding countryside. We really enjoyed our 10 night stay and would highly recommend this property for a totally relaxing time but with also lots to see at the surrounding hilltop towns.

The booking process was very straight forward and Steve and Cath were always very prompt at replying to any questions we had. We’ve arrived at holiday properties before and been saddened that they’ve not lived up to their description or our expectations but we instantly fell in love with this property and actually felt that the photos don’t completely do it justice. We had a fabulous two weeks here and couldn’t fault the property. It was a real home to our family and was very well equipped and clean. Bernadetta was a star from start to finish! She made the booking in very straight forward and was always prompt at answering our messages. We were very fortunate and had the pool to ourselves for the whole two weeks and made use of it every day bar one. It is well looked after and offers fabulous views of the surrounding area for miles. You definitely need a car for this venue. The only thing that would have improved it for us would have been if there was a little family owned restaurant within walking distance for the evenings but this isn’t really a problem, just a luxury for us! We would definitely return to this location and are missing being there.

Check in was easy and the property was clean, nicely presented and well equipped although we found the fridge a little small for us. Also it lacked a decent freezer compartment for ice and lollies - essentials in temperatures in the high 30's ! However, there were fans in every room which were much needed. The pool was lovely - a great view and never busy despite it being high season. The communal BBQ area needs a bit of tlc as it is a large gravel patch with metal tables and chairs with a bbq in the corner - all a bit stark and in need of planting and sun awnings perhaps ? Overall a very nice property in a lovely area within short driving distance of Pisa and many lovely medieval villages worthy of exploring and lunching in, of course !

We found this apartment by pure chance but it couldn’t have been better. The location is great for a peaceful get away but close enough to visit some of the beautiful cities that Tuscany has to offer, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano to name but a few, and in a week we managed to do these and more and still come away feeling relaxed. We would go back in an instant!

This beautiful apartment was a real gem in the Tuscan countryside. Our family had a fantastic stay in the well fitted out property. It was everything that was promised and more. Pool was wonderful, setting was gorgeous and it was a great base to both relax, and also to explore some beautiful Italian cities including Florence and Lucca. Highly recommended.
