Beautiful private 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom near campus

A great area to stay in and was an easy walk to Boulder’s campus. Excellent communication and comfortable stay! Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was clean and spacious and great for my needs. I liked being in a quiet neighborhood. It was a 15-20 minute walk to parts of campus, restaraunts, etc. It is a basement apartment, so be ready to hear the family moving around/talking above you.

Becky is great! 2nd time we’ve stayed here. Would stay again.

Very clean, cute and cozy basement apartment. I did not see in the listing it was a shared entry area/basement of the house, so that was a surprise but no biggie for this short visit.

We loved our 4 night stay! It had everything we needed for our time in Boulder with all the comforts of home. It was impeccably clean, spacious, has a well appointed kitchen, and comfortable beds. The neighborhood is lovely and close to everything. Our host was also really communicative and super nice. Highly recommended!

Becky was super awesome and friendly. Went above and beyond to make her place our home away from home. Her place was our oasis in Boulder. Clean, well equipped, and close to downtown, hiking/biking trails, and university district. Will definatly stay again.

Easy to find street parking, and great location for the Bolder Boulder 10k. Plenty of room for three adults! Thanks for a great stay.

The accommodation was comfortable and located near bus stop. However bus did not run during weekend which necessitated a long walk or taxi ride. Access was difficult with stone and paver pathway and 2 concrete steps to entrance. A flight of narrow steep stairs to basement were hard to manage with luggage. This basement apartment would have been more suitable for younger travellers nnot seniors. The hist Becky was

Everything was great! Very convenient for the weekend in Boulder to see friends!

We traveled to Boulder for a college football game and some hiking. There is easy access to the main roads but neighborhood is quiet. We had a great time and the host was wonderful to work with.

I stayed here with my daughter during move in weeknat CU Boulder. It was great. It was ean, quiet and had all the amenities needed for a short, or maybe even an extended stay. Rebecca was an awesome host and we were very appreciative of her. The home is in a nice neighborhood, close to campus. I would.defunetly stay here again onna future visit.
