Beautiful New Glarus, WI Apartment

Joe was extremely helpful and welcoming upon our arrival. The accommodations were clean,comfortable, and had a homey feel. The location was a great convenient base for heading into New Glarus, surrounding towns, and local attractions. We would stay again for sure!

This was our 2nd stay here and we had a great experience! The accommodations are awesome (everything you need for a weekend away, including coffee, water and a few bottles of beer), a comfortable couch, great TV service and the most comfortable bed (way nicer than a hotel!). The shower is equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, so literally you have everything you need. Plus our hosts are awesome and even dug us out of the 6 of snow we got that weekend AND brushed off our car for us. We highly recommend this place when you find yourself in or near New Glarus!

the hot tub was amazing - we got in early on a chilly morning, watched the sunrise, and even saw a rainbow! Pool was closed for the season but looked great as well.

Check-in and check-out was easy. Kim and Joe were super accommodating and great communicators. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Lastly, the property had great proximity to New Glarus and all the area had to offer! We would definitely stay here again.

Kim and Joe were more than gracious, more than accommodating. The space was perfect. The view was breathtaking. The weather was absolutely phenomenal.

Very nice home. Lower level quarters. Private. Quiet neighborhood. Close to town. We would stay again! My husband especially enjoyed the friendly dog.

The lower level apartment was clean, cozy, and just wanted we needed. Quit neighborhood and a beautiful outside sitting area. Hot pool was clean and great at the end of the night. They had a pool to use too, it was clean. Great communication with the host, including their puppy Stella. The dog was super nice and we even played catch with her. Overall great spot to stay in New Glarus. Close to Madison and Monroe. The shower was great and clean and the bed was comfortable. Would stay here again if we were in the area. Thank you Joe & Kim

We loved staying here! It’s a great location and the apartment was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was a nice way to start the morning, overlooking the beautiful view. The hosts were accommodating and so kind!

We stayed here to join friends coming to town for the New Glarus ChristKindl market and loved every minute of our weekend! The hosts were over-the-top with communication and hospitality and the rental is clean, updated and spacious! The couch and bed were very comfortable and we loved the little extras like the stocked fridge and microwave. Thanks for the best experience we’ve had with VRBO yet!

This was perfect for our fall break get-away. We had everything we needed…lots of thought went into making guests comfortable. The view was wonderful ( especially from the hot tub at night). The apartment was spotless, and the hosts were very friendly and respectful of our privacy. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hosts with good recommendations.

When I booked this trip, my wife and I were just coming back from Europe and looking for a quiet place with a hot tub to adjust back to the time change. I have never stayed in a place where the owners also occupied the same residence, but after showing my wife the view from the backyard we both decided to take a chance and we are so glad we did. The apartment is downstairs with its own entrance, it was very clean and updated with a Keurig coffee maker and a mini fridge with water and other drinks. Best of all Joe, the host made us feel very welcome and comfortable, he had information and spot on recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He even provided us with camp chairs to enjoy the live music at the local winery (definitely try the pizza from their pizza oven). We fell in love with this little Swiss town, it was clean, people were friendly and there was so much to see and do that we spent most of our time walking around. The food was fantastic everywhere we ate and the shops were wonderful to explore. In the evening we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and view of the sunset behind the rolling hills. All in all we had a wonderful time and plan to go back again.

Recommend two food establishments: Fat Cats food coffee and breakfast, Kristi’s for lunch and dinner both five star. We stayed at The Apartment Hosted by Joe and Kim. An apartment within a home . Accommodations were outstanding!

A quick summer getaway 5 minutes from New Glarus. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Such friendly hosts. Highly recommended!

Many great things about this place, but the hosts are on the top of the list. Great communication, very accommodating, and they went over and above to make our stay and visit to New Glarus a good one. Place was clean, plenty of towels, and fridge was stocked with several beverages. Additionally hosts had firewood for an outdoor fire pit, a pool and a hot tub available for use. Would definitely recommend.
