Stayed May 17, 2025the Apartment is quite large with a downstairs that has two single beds and a double and its own bathroom , washing machine is down there. upstairs is a lounge , double bed bedroom , bathroom and access to the balcony, kitchen is in lounge area and has microwave , toaster , kettle , all the usuals . you will need a car for sure due to location but it does say that

Stayed Sep 18, 2024This apartment was a great place to stay while on Lake Como. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Be sure to have a reliable car to get you up all the switchbacks and try to arrive during the day so you can look for all the appropriate landmarks as you find your way.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, which was just perfect for our family of 5 to relax. The pool is perfect and the views over the lake simply stunning. Gary the owner was on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly, which it did! Highly recommend a stay here.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Our stay, with two teenage girls, was lovely. The location was beautiful and within easy driving distance to everything you would want (restaurants, ferries, boat rental, small supermarket). The balcony was nice to sit on in the evening and enjoy a drink. The basement was great for sleeping on hot nights. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. The check in process was easy. The driving and parking directions are a little tricky but fine once you’ve found the place. It was a great stay and if we were ever back in the area we would stay there again.

Stayed May 8, 2024Our host, Gary, was very helpful with driving instructions and information about the area. The apartment's location is perfect for visiting Menaggio and Bellagio. The patio had spectacular views of the snow capped mountains and Lake Como. Enjoyed our stay at Apartment Tulipano!

Stayed Jul 25, 2023We spent a week in this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location. The pool was very clean with plenty of sun loungers around it and very often it was just us using it. Balcony was a good size with great views across the lake. Gary was really helpful and responded to queries straight away. Very short walk to a little shop that sold the essentials and a very short drive to nearby restaurants and bars. Can’t think of any negatives. Thank you for a lovely week.
