Beautiful, Large 1bd Suite Downtown Charleston

This home brings the charm of historical Charleston architecture with a convenient location (just a 10 minute drive from Waterfront Park) all at a reasonable price point! It has everything you need to relax between outings and comfortably accommodates two. The host was welcoming and communicative. One consideration is that the driveway to the parking space is quite narrow and larger SUVs and trucks would not fit through. Overall it was a great stay and we would love to visit again!

Great location, easy to find and access. All the needed amenities were provided. The unit was charming and well-furnished.

Unit was clean, but there were some issues. Opening the front door was difficult with the key the entire stay, and the last night we were locked out when the lock broke and the key cylinder literally fell out of the lock.One day we found a part of the recessed ceiling light on the bed when returning to the unit. Also the toilet handle stuck and had to be lifted manually to prevent the water from continuously running. There was no ironing board found in the unit.I assumed from the ad that the property was located closer to the historic district, as it was advertised as “walk to everything “. Had to drive to see anything.

Great little studio style place. Very clean and plenty of on site amenities. Great to have a dedicated parking space.

This suite was perfect for a 2-person long weekend in Charleston. Convenient location. A parking space so no parking hassles. And enough of a kitchen to get by—fridge, coffeemaker, etc. We would stay here again!

Easy walk to King Street. Our VRBO was in perfect location and have everything we needed. Excellent quiet stay, would definitely recommend.

Location was nice, within walking distance to a lot. More of a studio than a suite. Not a lot of space for storing clothing. Family upstairs was up early!

Charming historic home with modern appliances. Sunrises and coffee in am and sunsets and cocktails in pm on our private balcony. Many stairs up to Apt and up to second floor. Our host very attentive.

Check in and out was very simple. The host was very responsive to any requests. The location was great. The room and bathroom were very nice. The room was cold unless you keep the bedroom door closed.

Host was amazing - super communicative and gave great instructions. The location is fantastic,easy walk to King street and having dedicated parking was a plus. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.The only thing that kept this from being 5 stars was the noise from the upstairs tenants.

The place was clean easy to walk to places Or UBER we had a great time and will definitely rent again when we decide to come back the owner was easy to get a hold of and talk to had a great time 3 days we were there

Great property! Very clean and worked perfectly for what we needed. A bit of a week if you were headed to marketplace area but only 10 minute walk to restaurants/bars on north end of King Street. Communication was excellent and very timely. Great experience!

Highly recommend this beautifully maintained apartment! It was spotless and comfortable and was perfect for our 4 nights spent in Charleston. well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Excellent communication with the property manager/owner and very clear and easy check in and check out information.

The location is within easy walking distance to King Street, and there is grocery and restaurants nearby. The efficiency apartment is large enough for 2 people and sitting on the porch was an added bonus

The studio apartment is homey, clean and has everything you need. Great location. We were able to park the car and walk to a number of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable accumulation. Slept well in king size bed. AC was great. Amenities well stocked. Only negative would be very narrow drive to parking area. Plan on using a smaller vehicle.Loved sitting on fully furnished porch

This is a very nice property/experience for a couple. The unit was small, but very clean, convenient, has a great owner (lives upstairs) and suitable for folks planning to be fairly on-the-go while visiting the Charleston area. Overall, an excellent value!

Perfect cozy and clean place to stay. The bed was very comfy. Sitting out on the porch was relaxing. Enjoyed walking everywhere and we didn’t need to use our car. We appreciated the parking space in the back. We would stay here again.

Excellent neighborhood location within walking distance to wonderful restaurants, the historic district and tourist spots. Clean and well-equipped studio that has everything you need for a short stay. Communication was excellent with owner (who lives upstairs with his young family) and the management company. Classic Charleston vibe. Loved the decor, cleanliness and especially the reserved parking spot! Bed was very comfortable and had a lovely porch to relax on while having morning coffee. We used Lyft/Uber and they were there almost immediately! It was a short trip to all Charleston restaurants and shops. Some street noise since it is close to a hospital/street but this did not disrupt our sleep. Host was responsive and provided great suggestions! Would definitely stay here again!

We moved from Connecticut to Greenville eleven years ago. When we found out that long term friends from Connecticut were planning a trip to Charleston we decided to meet them for dinner. Your apartment was in the perfect place at a better price than most hotels. Loved the cleanliness, the communications from you and the apartment. Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The host provided helpful & detailed communication throughout our stay. The location was great - we were able to walk (or short Uber ride) to many of our spots of interest in Charleston - amazing restaurants, bars, historical highlights. Quaint lodging that provided a true Charleston feel to it.
