Beautiful Guest Suite with Private Deck Overlooking Forest and Waterfall

I canning say enough about how much we enjoyed this property. The gardens were amazing, and waking up to the sound of the trickling waterfalls could not be beat. The couple who lives on the property is amazingly communicative, but it was also a very private experience. Grocery is not far mad dining is easily accessible.

Awesome studio after a day of hiking, very quiet peaceful deck overlooking stream. Super easy check-in, sparkling clean, studio as described. We loved it and hope to be back.

AMAZING set up! So peaceful, clean and quiet. Pretty much everything you could want or need for your stay. Communication from the owners was perfect! They even checked in (via text) to make sure we were happy. I am NOT a fan of Ashland AT ALL but i will return just to stay here again. I have nothing negative at all to say about this unit.

An enchanting, amazing place. Like being in a nature reserve, with so many birds and stunning views of lush habitat and a creek. Loved the lower deck, where we enjoyed the sights and sounds of beautiful birds. The suite is so comfortable and so many fine details, like dimmers, robes, nice soaps, super comfortable bed and sofa, huge window with amazing view, huge tv, wonderful towels and bedding. Kitchen is very well stocked and lovely dishes. Everything is there to be able to make up your own dinner and stayed tucked away for a night. Games, clear house instructions, menus, and recommendations to things to do. Nice electric fireplace for frosty mornings, and lovely art. We will be back.

This sweet suite is by far one of the nicest VRBO properties we've ever stayed in. As senior citizens, when planning a trip we look for peaceful quiet places to stay. This place fits the bill and then some. Nestled on a slope in a forest with babbling brook below, the suite offers unparalleled privacy and comfort. Because it is located on a slope, you need to be aware that there are a fair number of steps from guest parking to the door of the suite. Call it an exercise bonus! During the time we were there, the weather was quite rainy, so we found the interior of the suite to be quite cozy. The fireplace kept us warm, and the large picture window provided us with the forest view and ongoing hummingbird visits to the feeder just outside. Great furnishings, from the furniture (the bed was marvelous) and decor, to the walk-in shower (great for us old-timers). The bed linens and bathroom towels were luxurious. Our hosts were the kind we appreciate when we stay at privately owned properties - present when needed, yet not intrusive. Their communication was excellent; from the moment we made our reservation to our departure after five wonderful days. We would highly recommend this VRBO property, if you find yourself in Ashland, Oregon.

Lovely place just out of town. We absolutely loved the riverside deck! The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Owners have attended to every detail of furnishing this space, nothing has been left out. Tucked in a forested canyon, the setting is as lovely as the suite. Highly recommended. Best vacation rental I have ever encountered and great value for the money!

Nice experience, room stocked with nearly everything u could need or want, de or done in great taste, Excellent shopping nearby, traveled route 66 and crater lake.

Very comfortable bed, comfy sheets/ towels. Nespresso coffee, and they even have decaf- much appreciated ! Really a great place to stay for a couple.

This is a lovely property in a quiet area. The hosts, Carl and Linda, are very guest focused and took care of all my needs. The kitchen should be supplied with paper napkins. Website needs to be updated as they no longer have a Keurig. The Nespresso was wonderful. The wifi worked great. Access to parking is a bit tricky, but through the host's help, we made it work. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Comfortable, clean, well-appointed large studio with a private deck overlooking a gurgling creek. Peaceful, quiet other than the sounds of the creek and the birds singing.

This was a great place to stay while visiting family in Ashland. The location was perfect, peaceful and beautiful! The bed was very comfortable with lots of comfy pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed that some items were already there such as coffee! It was very clean, organized and well thought out. We had everything we needed! We really enjoyed the fireplace on the chilly mornings! We will stay here again and can highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay at this property! The location was just perfect to enjoy the Fall season! The property is very well appointed with little thoughtful touches and the location to town is great! If you're looking for both privacy & convenience, this is the place to stay. We would definitely stay again! thoughtful. .

From the moment walked in until the time we left, the space was wonderful. Gorgeous setting. Close to town. Everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. Only thing I would make guests aware of is this space is below the owners home. So if you are sensitive to movement and some noise above you, it may not be for you.

Lovely spot to rest and recoup. Very clean with a super comfy bed and sheets. The Nespresso and access to kitchen essentials is a nice touch. I can imagine after a nice rain how lovely and lush the view would be, we’ll have to come back when it’s green! Short drive from downtown. Communication was easy via texts. Minor quibbles - quite a few gnats, spiders and flies in the property itself and the sound of the property owner walking above the bed from time to time but otherwise a very lovely space for you and a loved one.
