Stayed Mar 15, 2025The property was very nice, clean, stocked with all the essentials you'd need for a week away from home. The location was good, walking distance (15 minutes) to the beach, driving distance (10 minutes) to almost anything you'd need (Publix, Walmart, restaurants). There was also a nice walking trail that looped around by the canal.The pool was very small, but not busy at all, so we were able to get a couple chairs under an umbrella.Henrik was responsive and able to answer any of our questions throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend this property.Be prepared to pay for parking anywhere by the canal or by the public beach. It's not expensive, we just weren't prepared for a fee every time we went there.

Stayed Dec 25, 2024We had a wonderful stay. The location was awesome. Close to the beach and closeto Mercato. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked nice. The condo was stocked with everything because we need.

Stayed Dec 23, 2022Wonderful stay with family at this nicely updated condo. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. Great location that was close to beach, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this condo and we look forward to coming back.
