Newly converted apartment and is split over 2 floors, downstairs having a kitchen & dining area and also toilet/shower room The upstairs is peaceful relaxing space which has a large corner sofa , 2 double bedrooms ( the beds in the bedrooms can be converted to singles if needed) and a double sofa bed. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped . Very pretty with a relaxing feel to it plus it has a small outside patio area .

Stayed Aug 31, 2025Amazing experience! Sandra was the best host ever! She welcomed us like family with a delicious lemon cake waiting for us to enjoy. My son loved it so much she baked us a second! Incredibly responsive and helpful. We are not from the UK but felt like we were home. Will definitely book agin next time we are in Preston!

Stayed Sep 6, 2024We had a cosy, clean and comfortable stay. Really great beds and nice touches with a bottle of wine in the fridge and some homemade biscuits on the side for our arrival. Perfect location/place to use as our base over the weekend.
