Beautiful Cabin for a Getaway to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful lake home (can't really think of it as a cabin)! The photos in the listing are good, but don't totally capture the spaciousness, views, and attention to detail here. There are so many indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy! We rarely heard any neighbors and really couldn't see them at all. We also appreciated all of the storage available (huge closet inside the main door, great pantry area, cabinets in the bathrooms, etc.) unlike most rental properties.

Very happy with our stay! Perfect back deck view of the peaceful, quiet lake. Well stocked & organized kitchen. Kids loved swimming in the lake and canoeing. Saw loons, eagles & a black bear near the property. Close to town & tourist attractions, yet far enough away to feel like a remote getaway. Had a great week!

This is a lovely home, very well appointed for a VRBO. The photos and descriptions were accurately representative of the property. The outdoor spaces accommodated water front activities and campfires and camping opportunities.It afforded a very special time for three generations of family!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful and sits directly on Fall Lake which is part of the BWCA! The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The deck off the back had direct views of the lake. The owner was communicative during our entire visit and helped restore the internet when a lightning strike hit the dish. We launched our kayaks from the dock and fished every day. There was even a fish cleaning station down by the water. I would highly recommend this cabin if you’re looking to take a trip to Ely, MN which the cabin is just a short drive into town.

The Boundary Waters Fall Lake home proved to be a wonderful vacation home for my family. It was big, beautiful, and stocked with everything we needed to make our visit great. Kial was a delight to visit with and responded quickly to all my inquiries. The view was perfect and being able to catch fish right from the dock was so fun.

We have stayed in numerous VRBO rentals around Ely and in Northern Minnesota and all were excelent but this is the one we enjoyed the most. The house is great in all ways and the deck, yard, and firepit were perfect for us as was the location near the BWCA. Hosts were great to work with and we intend to visit again.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained home that far exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal for accessing the BWCA and Fall Lake fishing spots. We were very pleased with the layout of the home. The screen porch and expansive deck were favorite spaces.

The cabin was so comfortable that we knew we would enjoy our visit the moment we opened the door. The property on the boundary of the Boundary Waters was great and had everything we needed to make a wonderful wintertime visit with family. With our binoculars and the binoculars on the porch windowsill, 2 of us at a time could view the wolf running across the snowcovered lake. Our hosts were so welcoming which made our journey special. Great location for a fall family get-together. We had mild temperatures allowing us time to explore the outdoors. Clear night skies to look for the comet and northern lights. The home is so large and comfortable. Open floor plan with a beautiful, windowed room overlooking the lake. Large kitchen with all the supplies we needed. Bedrooms with comfortable beds and linens. Large bathrooms with a tub and/or shower. Homeowners always approachable and great with their communication. We did not get to see the comet yet enjoyed quality family time just the same. The Boundaries Lake Home is the only place we have ever stayed in Ely, and this was our fourth visit. No need to look any further! This home has everything to accommodate us (one of whom is wheelchair-bound), our adult children, and our grandchildren. The home is beautiful, and has absolutely everything we need to gather for quality family time. The space is generous for a large family meal and game night, with plenty of smaller spaces to curl up with a book away from the crowd. The deck is large and offers a beautiful view of the property and Fall Lake. Kial and Dave are amazing hosts, and Kial checks in to make sure we have everything we need, and is always available if we have a question. This is definitely a 5-star property with 5-star hosts, and we enthusiastically recommend it to anyone traveling to Ely and the Boundary Waters. We are grateful for our time with our family in this beautiful home!

Kial’s house is on the north side of Fall Lake. You can’t help downloading because of this location along with the home decorations and lake front beauty. Kial has thought of everything you need and the House is very organized. We will be back!

Nestled in the woods on Fall Lake, our vacation home was beautiful and so homey. It met all of our needs-local boat rental, we could use the dock for the week. We loved the area for nightly campfires and star gazing. The little bench area our furballs and kids and grandkids loved making sandcastles and relaxing. It’s the perfect location and we will be sure to rent again in years to come. It’s close enough to town and far enough for privacy. We loved it

This home is absolutely beautiful! Everything you need for a week stay is there for you and I love how the kitchen cabinets had labels so you knew right where to put things back. The owners have thought of every detail for your comfort and I even received a text the day we checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory. Our dog had fun swimming in the lake and we all enjoyed sitting on the deck. I would highly recommend this home for your Ely stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The lake house was perfect in every way for doing what we love to do, which is spending time with family and enjoying nature. The set up was great for playing games, bird watching, dining in multiple areas.The views of the lake were amazing! Having our own deck was great for canoeing and fishing. We've stayed at many places and this was by far our favorite.

We have booked this property in the past and for future visits to ely. extremly comfortable for our six person family. dog friendly great deck and four season porch for AM coffee. outstanding communication with host.

This is an absolutely wonderful house, with spectacular views and amenities. Dock and beach area are very nice, fire pit area was perfect and the overall feeling of the property is serene and beautiful. Best lake house we’ve ever rented.
