Beautiful apartment on the sea

Was very nice place direct view of sea from balcony. There 4-5 small beaches near by. You can enjoy the stay there. Apartment actually located at 5 th floor of hotel Rocce Rocce and spa in Teulada. Nothing to get scared about place there were many other tourists. Perfect place if you want to spend time with your family at night no disturbance. You can see reflection of moon light in sea water really romantic. Grocery shop in 6 km away from this place in Teulada village you can buy all you need. Also thanks to Francesca for who gave us all information about place apartment though she doesn't speak English but she managed to explain us everything. Would like to to there again.

I stayed in Porto Pino/Teulada for 4 nights. Nice small apartment. Far from everything.....and hard to find.....It is located into a closed hotel.....you need to arrive in the afternoon or at least during daylight to be able to find it! There is a big rock (something Rosso) on the entrance on the highway. That would be your clue. There is not much choice of restaurants close by. I found this difficult. Nice beaches not too far away. The apartment was very clean & had all you need but it is better for 2 people, I would say a bit small for 3. The building looked like it had had financial problems and not many apartments were sold or lived in. There were maybe 4 other couples in the whole place of over 55 units. No one on reception, restaurant closed & pool closed (looked like it needed a lot of repair. It was fine for my husband & I as we had a car & went out every day & evening. Teh beach was rocks & pebbles & not chairs or umbrellas to use. We went to Tramatzu beach not too far 12 mins drive.

The apartment was very clean & had a good ocean view. The building seemed to be mainly empty (most apartments not sold or used, a little spooky at night but very quiet if you like that.. There were maybe 5 other couples & about 55 apartments. The resturant was closed, no reception, pool needed repairing, didn't looks used for a long time. The small beach reachable by steep steps, is not sandy, it is stony & there are no beach chairs. Car is a must. Tramatzu is a wonderful beach not too far & we went there, as was the small town of Teulada.

Owner has misrepresented the apartment. It's located in a closed down hotel where there are no lights in the hallways, a drained pool and no one else even there. Stay away---dangerous--it's a scam. We left after one day and she refused to refund us for the our deposit and nights we did not stay. This place is bad news.
