Apt 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4 people, air conditioning in the double bedroom, ceiling fans in the other bedroom, social bath. All reformed. The fit is very complete and very well taken care of. It's close to everything you need. Only 2 blocks from supermarket, on the sea block, 1 block from the bakery, 2 blocks from a great restaurant, taxi rank at 100 m, pharmacy. You can do almost anything on foot.

I rented this apartment for 1 month (July 2015) with my family. It is well located with everything close: bakeries, shopping center, groceries, restaurants, beach, fruit market, bus stop, etc. The neighborhood is very nice. The apartment is well equipped with almost everything needed. There is a large balcony with a view to the sea. The hospitality was perfect. The person in charge of the apartment provided everything we asked rapidly and she was available for helping us. The owner can communicate easily in English. He also replies rapidly to emails. We will probably rent this appartment again for our future visit in Vila Velha. Sylvain (Canada)
