Stayed Dec 31, 1969The unit is modern and situated in a non-bustling relatively new area in the northern parts of Tunis approximately 5 to seven kilometres from Tunis airport. It is also surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores to meet every need. I felt very comfortable and safe in the neighbourhood as most Tunisians are very hospitable and non-threatening. The landlord Kalil is a gem. Hie english language skills are excellent; he has a light and gently manner and he went out of his way to make sure that I got to my destination in a timely manner. At the check-in he hung around until I was solidly connected to the wifi, knew how to operate the TV and was readily offered help if ever I needed it during my stay. I would definitely stay at this place again if the opportunity came along and highly recommend it to anyone else needing resonably priced accommodation which was great value for the money.
