Beautiful apartment in the center of Venice, near the Grand Canal

Clean modernized apartment situated in a prime location close to Rialto bridge. Owner was very good with coordinating check in and being available during stay since once there you will have more questions than you think. If you are early risers like 0500 no issues but be aware there is a busy restaurant directly underneath that starts deliveries and clean up very early with no way to avoid the chaos you will be awakened. Lastly unit is very small given 2br/2ba with the 2nd bath basically closet size. Good choice based upon location, cleanliness and price.

Perfect location for visitors to Venice … moments away from Rialto Bridge and easy access to the vaporetto. The host was wonderful, taking time to identify key locations to visit and providing instructions on how best to navigate the city. Wonderful experience. Recommend highly.

A great apartment at a great price with a great host. Centrally located at 4 minute walk from the Rialto bridge. Plenty of great restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Close to the vaporetto stop. Would highly recommend this place. Gianluca met us at the vaporetto ans walked us to the apartment and showed us all the features and familiarized us with the neighborhood. A great host.

Idealy located, clean, quiet, very pleasant, fully equipped

Great place, nicely situated, updated, clean, comfortable and host was very helpful. He picked us up at the water taxi stop and suggested areas to visit and eat. He communicated with us before our arrival to give us clear instructions on what we needed to do upon arriving in Venice to get to the apartment and again during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely rent this apartment again if I am lucky enough to go back to Venice someday. Thank you Gianluca!

Gianluca was an excellent host-he met us at the Vaporetto stop to accompany us to the apartment. Great location in Venice, very close to the Rialto Bridge. The bedrooms were spacious, two full bathrooms (one is a bit small but fully equipped. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan & floor fan as well as one in the kitchen (no a/c).

Gianluca was amazing, very friendly and accommodating! The apartment is in a great location near the Rialto Bridge, vaparetto stations, bars and restaurants. Amazing stay.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything was exactly as it showed on vrbo. The location was ideal and very close to transportation. The apartment was very clean and communication was excellent. I was given very detailed information on how to get to airport at the end of our stay and it made it super easy and effortless

Gianluca was a terrific host. Apartment was super clean with updated interior. Host even texted the next day to make sure we didn't need anything. Many extras like shampoo, laundry soap, shower soap etc. provided. We'll be back!
