Beautiful apartment for 2 people, 1st floor, balcony, sea view, central location

Property was very nice and clean all good..except for cats running everywhere on this site and loads of barking dogs day and night...the problem being people on the mediterranean site feed these animals..out side the front of the apartment a dog slept day and night dog biscuits all over the front area.plus the dogs howling at night all night..

Just enjoyed great 2 weeks in Kalkan staying at Zeytin, and Jane couldn't have been more helpful, right from day 1. One of the best hosts we've worked with. The apartment location, just 5-10 walk into all the great restaurants and shops in the old town, was perfect. The apartment has everything you need, and is exactly as described. Highly recommended.

This was our first time visiting Kalkan, we found the apartment spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. It has great proximity to the centre and beach. So many restaurants to choose from and the locals are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in beautiful surroundings, especially the pool area. The owner Jane, kept us up to date regarding airport transfers, which she kindly arranged for us and also provided comprehensive instuctions to aide our stay in her beautiful apartment.

Very comfortable apartment walking distance to town, harbour, bars & restaurants. Fully equipped with everything you’d need large balcony with quality furniture. Excellent communication with owner detailed & helpful information. Throughly enjoyed our stay will definitely return.

Having been to Kalkan before I was looking for somewhere that was a bit closer to the restaurants, bars & beach clubs without being somewhere noisy and surrounded by other people. This was the perfect location! Close enough to pop to the shops for groceries, and very easy walk down to everything else. No need for any taxis, even back up the hill! The apartment was clean and had everything you could need for your stay there. There was not a single day where the pools were busy and I often had the smaller one to myself. All the other people staying at the complex were very friendly and shared recommendations. As a solo traveller, I found it safe and welcoming and very convenient. Jane was very responsive to all my questions and has created a lovely home for you to visit.

What a fantastic position. So central but still with glorious views. Well equipped apartment with a lovely new bathroom.

We had a great two week holiday in this apartment. It’s very well equipped, spotlessly clean and has nice views of Kalkan bay and the pool from the balcony. Location is excellent being only five minutes walk to Kalkan centre. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our holiday was great from the minute we booked. Jane’s communication was fantastic, she organised our transfers, allowed us to check out late on the last day and replied to all of our emails quickly. The apartment is perfect for a couple. The location is second to none, I have stayed in. Kalkan before and although there are some nice villas on the other side of the bay, there is nothing more convenient than walking to and from all of the lovely restaurants. Lovely pool, guaranteed sun bed every morning if you want one. Apartment is nice and quiet. I can’t recommed Zeytin highly enough. Thank you Jane!

Had a great time staying in Jane’s apartment fabulous location. The complex is very pretty and well maintained. We love Kalkan and will certainly go again.
