Stayed Apr 3, 2024We stayed here with our children (2 and 4) for a week's holiday. The house has everything that you would want; has all childproofing you'd need; is lovely and clean: and, is over the road from a great pizzarea plus a five minute walk from the beach, a great park and supermarket. The host, Daniel, was very helpful and answered our questions instantly on WhatsApp. We'd wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property is lovely and situated in a lovely area. We are a family of 4 adults wanting to explore Tuscany but also have access to a beach for a bit of relaxation. The location of this property was ideal for this with a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the railway station. The property is clean and has a very spacious feel to it. Air conditioning is available in each room- which was a necessity when we stayed there, Wi fi ( which is an essential in our family!) was great. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped, excluding a kettle, which seems to be typical for most European properties? The bathroom was clean and spacious with lots of hot water when you needed it. The manager, Daniel, lives above the property and is really friendly, helpful and close to hand incase you any need assistance. The only inconvenience for us was having to find cash to pay for the cleaning, local taxes and utilities considering todays cashless society. We had a really successful holiday staying in this property and would definitely recommend to others.

Stayed Jul 28, 2018Firstly the photos don't do this property justice as it much much bigger than it looks on the site. Danni, the owner lives very very close and is there on hand to help if you need anything at all. He even got us into a popular Beach Club very close by, which you have to visit. Both bedrooms are very big with a large family size bathroom, great living space, nice kitchen equipped with everything you need and even dining room to relax in. The air-con is great and very welcome in this area. All in all, if you are thinking about booking this apartment, don't hesitate book it now, I know we will not look anywhere else from now on and may even be back for the Carnival.
