Beautiful 4BR, Parking, Outdoor Space

Such a cool house, plenty of room for 6 of us. Each room has its own bathroom, everything is clean and ready to go. The area is very nice, quiet, with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. 100 recommend!

Our family loved our stay! The pictures and description is very accurate! The house and yard was clean! Check in was painless!We loved everything except someone ( most likely a cleaner) entered the home 3 times between 10:30am and 10:40am. Our checkout time was 11:00am. Which, we were out promptly at that time. We would’ve appreciated it if no one entered the home during our stay, unless requested or scheduled. Outside of that, we would certainly recommend this space to anyone, without hesitation !

Great location!

The property was right in the heart of downtown Charleston. It is a cute neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and slept like a baby.

Beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen was perfect. The only issue was it was a little noisy on the street. The noise machines were helpful.

Very clean - enjoyed our stay. Please provide Kleenex. It was clear on the description that the parking was tight- but the driver was unable to get out of the car unless she climbed thru the back opening.

We had a great stay as a group of high school friends who wanted to get away for the weekend. The property manager was super responsive with only one issue that we had and the issue was resolved very quickly and without much of an inconvenience thank you so much! King Street was super accessible and we walked everywhere!The sofa may need an updating, but other than that the beds were super comfortable. The linens were very clean. The towels were soft, and the bathroom amenities were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with some coffee and the little mini fridge just came in handy.

We had a lovely time. I would say the biggest draw back was parking, but that Charleston! I do wish there was a washer/ dryer but we made due. The communication with owner was awesome. They helped me locate parking and helped my friends with storing bags for a few hours. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The property was great! With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 3 separate kitchen areas/coffee bars, it is absolutely perfect for a large family or group. Location was a short drive or Uber ride to CofC, King Street & more, which made it very convenient. Hope to stay again in the near future!

Overall this stay is just okay, the pictures definitely make it look nicer than it is. There are lots of chunks of wood missing from the floors that make for tripping hazards. The couch in the living room has no cushion on the sides, you just feel the hard word boards which my 4 year old didn't realize and he busted his lip really badly on. In addition, there is a door to the upstairs unit that unlocks from the downstairs... this seems like a safety issue as the upstairs guests wouldn't know that the people downstairs can easily unlock and access their unit. The other big issue is the parking, the spot is so narrow we couldn't get our rental car in it. For a place with 4 bedrooms you'd hope the spot is big enough to accommodate bigger groups. Overall the place was fine there are just some pretty big safety concerns that we wish we would have known about before booking here.

We were lucky and had this property for 145 a night, I checked later and the price was around 700 a night. To be honest I wouldn’t rent it for that price. This unit is good for a large group of young adults because it has 4 bedrooms and they probably don’t care about people constantly moving in upstairs unit and you can literally can hear them talk. The bedroom in the front of the house is worth because you can hear everything from outside of the street. The back bedrooms have musty smell but I guess it’s due to the age of the house..The house is close to all the shops and restaurants which is nice, pretty safe area. Another problem was the parking, the one they had is for very small cars. We had to park 8-10 min walk from the property.

Met our needs. Communal space small. Carpets definitely not too clean. Location, bedrooms, bathrooms all very nice.

The rental was very clean and location good. The only downfall was parking. The space next to the unit can only accommodate a very small vehicle like a mini cooper. We drive a Honda CRV and could not open the doors thereforeWe were instructed to park down the street in designated parking spots but none were available. We then opted to park at the Midtown garage and pay daily rate and walk back to our unit.

Perfect location for our group to enjoy the wonderful restaurants and shopping as well as the historic sites.

Great stay overall. The property was clean and located in a quaint part of town. The 4 bedroom layout was great for our group. Downsides...parking is very tight and you can hear the upstairs guests walking around. But, overall a great stay in a historic home in a walkable park of Charleston.

We had 8 guys on a golf trip and 5 of us statues here and watched football before our flight Monday morning. Plenty of street parking and 2 blocks from King St.

Very difficult parking. We could not pull into the drive far enough to even get out of the car. Had to leave the car over part of the side walk and received a parking ticket. Internet was out
