Beautiful 3 Bedroom apartment very near Madrid city, Wifi, AC, Pool, Paddle.

Beautiful spacious well equipped and decorated apt with fully supplied kitchen (plates pots soap towels) fast WiFi and nice tv w cable. Extremely clean and well kept. Very responsive and helpful host. Well functioning washer/dryer. Comfortable cozy beds. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. 2 blocks to supermarket and convenience store. With no traffic 25min to city of madrid 20euro by uber. This is a top notch apartment rental.

Pablo was very responsive to anything we needed. The flat was great/safe location with grocery store and restaurant close. I would recommend this flat to my friends.

We stayed at this property for about 10 days and I can only say great things about it. Pablo is a great host and he really takes pride in having excellent accommodations. The first thing that amazed me was the cleanliness of the apartment. I have stayed at many high end hotels and I always find dust or spots that can use more cleaning but this apartment is spotless! . The apartment is in a neighbourhood that is very safe and quiet is very roomy and it has a well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a breakfast area and a living room with a huge tv. My kids enjoyed this apartment so much that they mentioned that it felt like home to them and when we got to our hotel in Paris they kept saying how much they missed the apartment in Madrid. Oh and did I mention that it has 2 full bathrooms and wifi ?. In addition, it also comes with underground parking. My family really enjoyed our time in Pablo's apartment and we look forward to the next trip to Madrid as this apartment is now our oficial home in Madrid

We had a very nice stay at Pablo's apartment in Majadahonda. The apartment is in a gated community in a nice residential area, well connected to the highways that go to Madrid and very near a well stocked supermarket. The community has a nice (if a bit small) swimming pool and a children play area. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and has everything to make you feel at home. While it's not very big, the spaces are well organized and we felt very comfortable from the start (we were 3 adults and 3 children, including one baby). Pablo did a very good job as a host: he joined us at the apartment shortly after we arrived, explained how everything worked and kept in touch during our stay to make sure that everything went fine. The apartment had all the essentials we needed (towels, kitchenware, ...) so it was easy to settle down. Overall, very good experience. If we go back to Madrid, we'll certainly consider staying in this apartment again.

Our stay in Madrid was perfect. The appartment was very convenient due to the proximity of highways. As we were with children, the swimming-pool and the padel field were very very useful. After visits during the hot summer days, the AC of the appartment was really appreciated. Everything was neat and perfect. Very good stay.

We greatly enjoyed our week in Pablo's appartment. It is a very Nice place, fully featured, and comfortably fit our family with four kids. Majadahonda is a Nice place to live, quiet and safe, but a quick drive to the centre of Madrid, local attractions (zoo, auqapolis) and historical cities like Toledo and Segovia, or the nature around El Pardo, for example. Good communication with Pablo, conciërge on the premies. Indoor parking and cool even with 35 degrees outside temperatures.

We spent a month traveling thorough out Spain and we rented Pablo's apartment as home base. Of the four weeks we spent two weeks doing day trips from Madrid. After a long day of exploring it was a relief to come back to the apartment for our kids to have friends to hangout with at the community pool. Their little community is quite welcoming and safe. It's a gated community with a guard and all the kids roam freely throughly the grounds. The pictures of the unit are as listed and Pablo and his wife were very kind. They gave us a tour of all the places in the area.
