Ours is a beautiful century home now turned quadplex, once part of the Underground Railroad, with 12 foot ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. It's our only mid-term rental property and we manage it ourselves with pride
There are also 2 beautiful outdoor shared spaces: a front porch and an upstairs balcony, perfect for people watching and enjoying a beautiful day in downtown Sandusky.

This particular unit is a one bedroom which includes everything that you need. A comfortablequeen size bed, air conditioning, blackout curtains, a full kitchen with all the cooking essentials, a hot shower, a dining room perfect for gathering, meals, or playing games, and a comfy living room for relaxing.

We have a 30 day minimum except week of the Iron Man, when it's a 4 day minimum. Photo ID and proof of employment required for 30+ day stays. We allow small, well behaved pets with additional cleaning fee.
