Beachy Getaway–Cozy, Clean & Equipped w/ All Essentials! Relax, Enjoy & Refresh!

We had a great stay!! Walking distance to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. The place was extremely clean and it felt like our home away from home. The rooms were very nice and comfy. Plenty of closet space. We really liked it!

The only thing was the stomping in the floor above was incredibly loud and persistent . loud music as well that can clearly be heard on the floor below.

We had a great stay and Kristy was an awesome host with quick responses. Very relaxing place to stay with a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

House was clean. Nice looking. Supplied with necessities. Good location. However, nobody in our family found the pullout sofabed to be comfortable enough to sleep. Everything else was as good as we hoped. Thank you.

This was a cute little place to stay that set itself apart from so many other VRBO’s by not buying the cheapest of everything to appoint the house. It feels like the owners have spent time here to make sure it has everything it needs. I appreciated the speed queen washer and dryer, the Kohler faucets and labeled lights. We would absolutely stay with this host again.

This is our home away from home! Great location excellent hosts too. Perfect for Flagler College families, Night of Lights or Florida vacation!

This is our second time staying at this house, and we would definitely go back. It's the perfect size for a small group, and has all the amenities you need. Everything was clean and tidy. A nice perk was that they had coffee, filters, sweeteners, and creamers there. Arriving late in the day meant we couldn't stop for groceries, but we still got our morning coffee. The beds are comfortable, and so is the seating in the living room. The only issue we had was that the security light outside the bedrooms was not stopped by the blinds. Not great if you need a dark room for sleep, but nice to have that added security outside (though, to be clear, we felt completely safe in the neighborhood for our entire stay). The location is unmatched. A couple blocks gets you to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach, yet there is almost no traffic on the road by the house making it feel very peaceful. The property has some beach items like chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys, plus a wagon which is extremely helpful. I brought my dog with me and being on the ground floor with a nice yard was optimal. The squirrels and tiny lizards in the yard drove him crazy, and he loved every minute of it.

This is a great place in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet. Easy walk to the beach plus several restaurants and shops within a few short blocks. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Only other thing I wish it had would be a black-out curtain in the bedroom due to a bright light outside. Would stay here again!

Loved everything about this rental! Outstanding location, loved having keyless entry, prime parking, and fully stocked with towels, linens, kitchen appliances, everything was just perfect! Our little dog loved it too!

This location was everything described and then some-right done to the welcome bottle of wine! Most any supply you would need for just about anything. I might suggest a wine stopper for the opened wine bottle. Difficult for a single wine drinker to consume all at once. Great places to eat meals or ice cream within a few blocks of the rental. Walking distance to the beach-about a 10-15 minute walk for a slow walker. Nice side patio for relaxing (if it’s not too humid)!

Brought my mother over to St. Augustine to see the city and visit her Granddaughter who attends Flagler. Wonderful accommodations, nice neighborhood with easy access to beach and other points of interest. Would love to stay here again!

We came down for a music festival and this place was walking distance to shuttles to downtown. Also, a short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise was a pretty great bonus! Rooms were spacious and clean. Very nice place overall!

This property is truly amazing - from finding it on VRBO to securing it and through messaging the hostess re weather concerns (Hurricane Debby) we truly enjoyed our time here. Great location to beach, local attractions and St Augustine. The apartment was very spacious, clean, up to date and had everything that we needed. Thank You !!! Perfect, clean, comfortable little condo in the best location! Easy walk to the beach, and to my daughter’s delight, Kookaburra coffee haha. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next summer! Kristy was quickly responsive and we were even allowed to check in an hour early. Great VRBO!!
