Clean and quiet!

Great place! Highly recommend it! Close walk to the beach and restaurants!

The host was fantastic. I had an issue after hours and the host responded quickly eventhough they were out of the country. The property is located across the street from public acess to the beach. Dining is in walking distance. Night life is less than 5miles away. Great property putting it as a favorite .

Great space, great location!

Overall this property was great for a weekend. The location was perfectly located to the beach, a 5-min walk. The place itself is very open and comfy. The furniture / bedding are terrible though (personally), uncomfy like low quality, would not stop wobbling (ie dinning table, seats, outside furniture), the bed was very firm and the pillows weren’t great, neither were the sheets, but alternatively, the AC worked wonderfully, and the house overall felt safe. We did wish we had coffee, shampoos and stuff like that complimentary as we’ve had with other B&Bs. Overall glad we stayed there for the beach location!

Perfect getaway for my family and I. The kids loved the area and toys under the stairs. Check in and out was easy and stress free. Perfect location to beach access.

Location is very good. Walking distance to Beaches and restaurants. Had to give it three stars simply because the property is not being kept up as per the photos. A little bit of maintenance goes a very long way. Other than that, stay was decent.

This property was amazing!!! Clean, lots of extra towels and linens! Short walk to the beach and restaurants. A little coffee shop was less than a 5 minute walk from the house! The house itself was a beautiful property. 2 bedrooms with queen beds both very comfortable. A beautiful balcony off the master bedroom that was nice to take advantage of early in the morning while the kids were sleeping. The little house under the stairs was a game changer for our littles! They loved it! Although this was a great stay and we will hopefully go back again this summer, there were a few things that made it a 4 star for us. The kitchen was a beautiful space but there was minimal cookware and bakeware so cooking full meals was difficult. We compromised by just going out. Lol. The air conditioner was on a temporary hold so every time we lowered it, it would lower until it hit the temp and then reset back to the higher temp. It was not a super big deal because outside temps were low so we did not need it much. I also did not notify property manager but I am sure if I did they would have been very responsive! There were no TVs or dressers in the bedrooms. Which was inconvenient but not a huge deal. And lastly the bathroom door handle downstairs needed repair so we could not shut the downstairs bathroom door all the way. None of the issues caused a problem for our stay but it did assist in rating it a 4 star. We absolutely loved this house and do plan on renting it again.

We had such a great stay! The host was incredibly accommodating of a last-minute booking. It felt cozy, calm, meditative & is im a great location and super cute for a weekend trip. We loved how clean it was when we checked in! The outdoor shower was awesome. The backyard felt very private and I love that we were able to do a workout and meditation session in the backyard. It was very peaceful. Also, right next to the beach, which we loved that we were able to walk right over. The only thing that could’ve made this property the tiniest bit better would be a few cozy throw blankets down in the living room. Only because the AC was amazing and was able to get nice and cool inside. Thank you so much for such a beautiful stay! I will definitely be returning.

Such a beautiful, clean little place to stay! We visited with our 7- and 10-year-old, my husband, and my mother-in-law, and it was perfect for our family. The kids especially loved the cozy nook under the stairs with books and toys—it was such a thoughtful touch.The location is great: walking distance to the beach and a charming coffee shop, and only about a 15-minute drive to the main area of St. Augustine. We were in town celebrating my husband’s birthday and really enjoyed the tours and the Night of Lights.Overall, our stay was absolutely 5 stars. For families, I’d just recommend bringing your own coffee, sugar, and toiletries, as some items aren’t stocked (there is a coffee pot, but no coffee). That said, a quick trip to nearby Publix solved everything easily.We would definitely stay here again! The owner was also very responsive and lovely to work with!

Amazing stay in the best location. The toys and playhouse for the baby was great, and fresh flowers on arrival was a great touch. Would come back again and again.

The unit looks just like the photos. And we were able to park at the unit before check in which helped out a ton.

Wonderful family weekend away! The place is perfectly located for a st aug trip - not only is the beach just a block away, but Ubers to the historic district are cheap and easy. Truly the best of both worlds! When we first arrived, an issue arose with the A/C (nothing that anyone can avoid!) and the owner was super responsive and there in minutes to resolve it. As someone for whom my environment plays a big role in my comfort (need for control - ALERT!), I found the space to be super accommodating. The bedroom upstairs with the balcony has a HUGE closet with ample shelving and hangars and is spacious enough to allow you to really spread out. My only recommendation would be to add a full length mirror somewhere, for the getting ready girlies while our trip was short enough to ensure not having washer/dryer access was no problem, had it been longer, additional beach towels would have been great! All in all, a prime spot at a stellar price. Would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks so much!!

The place was great! SUPER CLEAN!!!Short walk to the beach!There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Also had beach chairs and sand toys.Just wish it had a washer and dryer.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is conveniently located near restaurants. It was easy to get to the beach, however add an additional four or five minutes to the walk because of the walkway and wide stretch of sand. The owner promptly responded when we had a question about an umbrella when our beach tent imploded. Very nice property and we would visit again.

Every thing was easy place was clean and organized. Needed more blankets and paper towels and a washer and dryer would have been needed to reuse towels and what not if we had stayed any longer than we did. But overall great for short 2-4 day stays. Cozy and so close to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay there . Very close to a lot. I do agree with what other reviews said about the beds being uncomfortable. When the sliding door was broken it was fixed right away. We really liked the backyard and so did the kids.

This unit was very clean with nice finishes. About a 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to several restaurants and shops. There is an excellent coffee shop right behind the building. We had a family of four and were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Spent four fabulous nights at this clean, modern well equipped warm home.Perfect location to beach and downtown historic tourist area over the Lions Bridge.Loved short walk to beach!Plenty of room, shower with rain head, lots of restaurants in area along with coffeehouses.

Great location , the beds and Condo were comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants and the beach. The only thing I thought would improve the condo would be a nice area rug in the Living Room

We found the place to be as advertised. Very easy walk to beach and local shops and restaurants. Owner was very helpful. We had a bit of a problem with thermostat not functioning properly and owner was very responsive and resolved problem immediately. Enjoyed his company while he worked on it. My car battery died and he even promptly came over to jump the car for me. Above snd beyond for sure. Highly recommend this place and location!!

Looks exactly like the pictures. Two story, right across the street from the beach. Host food recommendations were spot on. Close to St. Augustine. Need to supply your own coffee and soap/shampoo etc. Coffee filters were available.

This was a Christmas get together with family. We had a great time in a clean condo and close to the beach. The only thing that you need is more dishes and silverware.

Our time in the duplex was nice, clean and well equipped. Proximity and access to the beach was great. Would visit again

Amazing place and location!!

Small and cute, could use a few little homey touches to make it more comfortable like a bath mat in the restrooms, stairs could use backing to feel safer for smaller children. And you pay a host fee but still was asked to strip the bed sheets and collect towels and start dishwasher. Overall no complaints and enjoyed the stay

Super cute. Plenty of room. There was only 3 of us but could sleep 5. We had no kids with us however they had accommodations for kids such as a highchair and a paknplay, also a cute playhouse with a few toys under the stairwell. The back yard patio area is super cute. We weren't there long to really take advantage of it. Walking distance to beach, putt-putt golf, restaurants. We will definitely be back.

This was our very first vrbo, and I was overly anxious about it, in a good way, but anxious nonetheless. I didn't put the full address into my gps so i got us lost (totally my fault), but I contacted the host, and they immediately got us where we needed to be. The property was clean, spacious, and a very short walk across the street to the beach. It’s about 10mins drive to historic downtown St. Augustine, and there are several restaurants, and ice cream shops close to the propery, as we walked to several of them! It was a great stay, and a great property!

Sweet little condo nestled right in the middle of a beach area in Saint Augustine. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Just perfect for a quick little getaway

Having visited St. Augustine all my life, this was our first chance to stay on the beach and close to A Street (the hub of St. Augustine Beach). With this location being just one block away from A Street (Jacks, Stir it Up, Beachcombers, etc.)...you just can't beat the location!

Great space! Very bright and fresh and recently renovated. Perfectly situated to get on the beach- just one block! Quiet dead-end street so no thru traffic. Super quick and thorough communications. I look forward to staying again! Thank you!
