$200 refundable security deposit is required and is payable 3 days prior to your arrival.

Pets are not permitted on the property.
For registered service animals there will be a non-refundable cleaning fee of $1,000 per animal that is required prior to occupancy. This fee is intended to cover additional cleaning and sanitation costs associated with pets, including the removal of pet hair, dander, odors, stains, or other messes that may remain after the guest’s stay. This additional cleaning is necessary to help maintain the property for subsequent guests, including guests who may have animal-related allergies or sensitivities.
In addition, guests with service animals are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum coverage amount of $5,000 for the duration of their stay. The policy must include MAF Land Company as the primary beneficiary, as applicable under the insurance policy. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request and prior to occupancy.
The guest is responsible for any damages to the property caused by their service animal that exceed the amount of the $5,000 renters insurance.
