Check-in process and instructions were extremely detailed, and the house was fully stocked with necessities for a comfortable stay. Location was also extremely convenient!

The place was as the website indicated and we were glad to be so close to the beach, restaurants, etc. the place was modern and very clean. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to explore Santa Barbara. It was so walkable.

Perfect location for a weekend at the beach. Walking distance to all of the fun spots and perfectly appointed apartment on a quiet street.

BG#2 is a perfect location and the condo was charming, comfortable, and tranquil - the ultimate relaxation.

We stayed two couples for four nights and loved the easy access to the Funk Zone, beach and State St. The cozy unit is just as described and there are two entrances (one being directly into one of the bedrooms). We especially loved the large patio area as well as the Dec off of one of the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had good water pressure. Kitchen was well equipped. We had the option to pay extra for a late checkout, which was convenient. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect. Short walk to the beach, funk zone and downtown. The walls are very thin. Heard the people above us laughing and talking late at night into the early morning both weekend nights.

We had a great stay in Santa Barbara! The apartment was an easy walk to beach and restaurants and bars. It was in a quiet neighborhood but great location. Highly recommend this place! We’d definitely stay here again.

Everything as advertised!

We were in Santa Barbara over 6 days for a friends family wedding. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 people/2 couples with 2 bedrooms, separated by a comfortable living space and nice, perfectly sufficient kitchen. The highlight was having 2 outdoor patio spaces offering privacy from the street and shaded space for meals and relaxing. We walked all over in town to the art museum, courthouse, restaurants, beach, Stearn’s Wharf, the pier, markets, just rarely needed to use an Uber. The train station was also close by and we took it into Ventura and rode bikes to Ojai Another day we did a wine tasting tour on e-bikes. Overall, just a lovely location and pretty neighborhood.

The condo was great. It was close to the places we wanted to visit, the designated parking was helpful, we LOVED the outdoor patio, and the house had everything we needed. The portable fans were especially helpful, as the temps stayed a little warm in the evening. Would definitely come back!

Very cute 2 bed/2bath. One of the bedrooms has a desk which came in handy for doing some work. Wifi worked great. Loved sitting out on the patio to eat our lunches and breakfasts. Bathrooms very well stocked with plenty of towels etc. Enjoyed the coffee machine and the host provided plenty of pods. Short 2 block walk to the beach and 10 minutes to downtowns. Would highly recommend.

The place was beautiful. Clean and well kept. Comfortable and well appointed. The location could not have been better. Highly recommended would stay again.

We came back so relaxed and refreshed! The place offers all that you need; beautiful location with proximity to everything, great sized rooms, spotless clean, quiet street, free parking, what else? Excellent communication and fast response. They accommodated us with our last minute request with no hesitation. There was a little issue with the toilet that was addressed immediately. Just a rounded 5⭐️! Thank you so much, we’ll be back at this property anytime visiting Santa Barbara again ?
