When you FLY IN, Matt or I can PICK YOU UP and transfer you to the Kottage (subject to availability). NOTE: SOME GUESTS MAY HAVE TO RIDE IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK:) If this will not work for you, the alternative is to take a taxi to the Kottages.

When you enter your comfortable cottage with ten-foot-high ceilings and a contemporary feel you can decide if you're going to cook your own food, dine out at one of the many restaurants within walking distance or have a Bahamian style seafood dinner delivered right to your door. Take advantage of our Concierge service allowing you to order a few food and drink items in advance. They will be placed in your cottage while you explore the safe, quiet neighbourhood and begin experiencing island living on your time.

Or perhaps you'd like to kick off your shoes and take just forty steps to the soft, white sand beach where you can relax on your personal beach chair under the shade of an umbrella. Don't forget to ask us about the PADDLE BOARD or KAYAK FREE to use (some restrictions would apply). Or grab a snorkel from the gear box for your personal underwater experience right from the beach. If you're feeling adventurous, RENT ONE OF OUR GOLF CARTS and take a tour of the island. Remember to STAY LEFT!

At night, open the windows and fall asleep to the soothing lullaby of the waves as they wash onto the shore.

In the morning, walk out onto your expansive balcony to sit and enjoy your morning cup. While you're there, keep an eye out for the dolphin pods as they cruise north to feed. If you're lucky, you'll catch the babies playfully jumping. Your balcony is also the place to catch a tangerine, magenta, or golden honey coloured sunset kissing the bleached white clouds as it sinks into the distant horizon.

Everything was perfect in Bimini! If I could give our hosts a 100, I absolutely would. Kat and Matt were the best hosts that one could ever want. Wow! We were so fortunate to discover Katt's Kottages, Bimini and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse. The second floor accommodation is spotless and provides guests with a memorable experience. From Katt and Matt's initial warm welcome, to the comfort of the apartment, to the memories made with local residents, to the sad (but sweet) departure - we highly recommend Katt's Kottages to Bimini visitors. The place was clean, we didnt want to walk on the floors it was so clean. the 2nd level cottage we stayed in was great. Highly reccomend staying here if you are after more of a cultural atmosphere. Katt and Matt were very helpful and prompt anytime we had a question. They also have a golf cart and UTV that you can possibly rent. We Really enjoyed our stay here!

Stayed here for a few days of shark diving with Neal Watson's Bimini Scuba. Great location. Short walk to Bimini Big Game and just steps away from a nice little beach. Our hosts Matt and Kathryn picked us up when we arrived. Such lovely folks. Warm, friendly, and helpful. Loved the accommodation. Couldn't have had a better time.

Katt & Matt made us feel apart of the family staying at their private beach house. From picking us up & dropping us off, to being so kind and giving us a homemade Xmas dinner. This is the place you need to stay going to Bimini. Steps away from a quiet beach. The place was clean and AC worked amazing. Skip going to the Hilton and book here!

Katt & Matt are superstar hosts. Their place was incredible. They picked us up from the ferry and gave great recommendations on what to do. Ask Katt to set you up with Denver for a boat tour of the mangroves, baracuda fishing and lobster diving. Their place has a phenomenal view steps from a beautiful beach, right in town and supplied with everything you need for a beach day. I will be sure to come back as soon as I can.

We stayed for 3 nights. Probably is well furnished and equipped. Location is on the quieter part of the island and across the road from a lovely beach with crystal clear water. Matt and Katt were lovely hosts. Appreciated the pick and drop off service from the sea plane. Would thoroughly recommend.

This location was just the absolute perfect little getaway. We were right on radio Beach. We rented golf cart and rode around. The island went swimming every day and Krystal Clearwater. The host is such a sweet woman very helpful. We felt right at home. We think this is the perfect getaway for a couples and small families. We will definitely return
