Condo 413 at Island Beach Resort is on the top (4th) floor has two private balconies with seating. It has two flat screen TVs, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. Stayed Feb 28, 2023Found a little gem of a place to stay. Small, but very comfortable for my husband and me. Great area right on the beach. Secure for guests. I would definitely return for another stay.

Stayed Jan 25, 2018Loved being on the ocean Wished washer and dryer were closer or in unit, we were at opposite end of hallway on 3rd floor Unit 309, couch very uncomfortable, no way to recline People in unit 409, noisy at times Loved pool area Everyone very friendly
