Condo 113 at Island Beach Resort is on the first floor has a private patio outside the two floor to ceiling patio glass doors. It has two flat screen TVs, two beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. We call the non-ocean side our sunset side because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening. Stayed Jan 30, 2020Great location on the beach. Attached restaurant and bar are very good, lots of activity. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen functional. A little noise from unit above but not intolerable.

Stayed Feb 3, 2020Great space with all the amenities, very clean. Kitchen was well-equipped. Bathroom was awesome, lots of counter space. Location was perfect, right on beach. Nice pool, towels available. Was very impressed, would definitely stay there again. Also, great price for February.

Stayed Feb 12, 2019We left early argued with the receptionist that a palmetto bug was indeed a American cockroach I found two on the condo nobody wants to stay anywhere that has any kind of bugs gross.

Stayed Apr 1, 2018We got exactly what was advertised in this condo. Staff was friendly, place was clean, location was great. I enjoyed the first floor giving us a little bigger patio to eat and store our sandy swim gear. We would come back!

Stayed Jul 28, 2017The resort is a good spot, the unit doesn't face the beach which would not be a problem in itself if the property profile pointed out that fact.
