It was exactly as advertised. Had a wonderful stay.

What a lovely, relaxing stay!I was in town briefly visiting my son who is stationed nearby. The apartment is the perfect size and I’m the perfect location - close to so many restaurants and things to do!There is plenty of room to spread out and chill in between walks to the beach and local restaurants. Having a parking spot was a huge advantage. Mandy is the perfect host. She was super responsive and very focused me having a pleasant stay. I will stay here on my next trip down!

Can’t beat the walking distance to the brach

We loved our stay. Our favorite part was making friends with all the dogs that were being walked on the beach. The sign said no dogs, however, that was our favorite part. They came up too us for kisses everyday at the same time and we learned their names. This would be a great community to retire from. We will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect!

It was great. At age 72 we know to ask for bottom floor next time.

The property was exactly as described. Everything was neat and clean. Since there were two of us I wish linens/blanket had been provided for the sofa/bed. Easy to get to the beach and a short walk to the main street where restaurants were located. I thought the unit was no pets but apparently the unit below did not follow the rules. There were two large German shepherds that barked during the night at any noise. We enjoyed our short weekend getaway non the less.

The owner provided clear communications and was quick to respond to questions. The apartment was well organized, clean, and had everything you might need. The beach was right there, just steps away.

I have stayed at countless rentals in this area up and down beaches for years I. Jacksonville and this one is absolutely the best , it’s safe, peaceful and cozy vibe makes you never want to leave Not to mention hearing the ocean at night across the street and smelling the salt air !?
