*BBQ *Great backyard *Pet Friendly *Fireplace

This is our second time staying here. We liked how close it was to our sons house who lives here. I enjoyed how close the store and shops in the area. The beds are very comfortable and the house stayed warm. The kitchen is cute and retro and great to cook in.

We like the convenience to nearby shops and just down the street to Whiskey row. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were great with lots of towels. I didnt give it 5 stars because the couch was VERY uncomfortable. We did have a situation and the host was nearby to help with a concern I had. The backyard was very nicely set up.

Amazing communication from the host! We had a small issue which required us to switch properties last minute and it was super fast and easy. Very responsive throughout our stay, which was amazing!

Was in a good location and had privacy

We asked for a early check in at 3 instead of 4. I text the host and she said that would be fine. When we got there they were still cleaning and said they wouldn't been done until 4. Kitchen was clean no water pressure in the sink and faucet was loose.

We had a fantastic time. Getting out of scottsdale weather. Place was charming and clean. It is close to the lakes, stores and restaurants. I would stay again. Thanks for everything.

It was great, got some deferred maintenance there, the dryer was full of wet clothes when we arrived, kitchen floor was dirty (sticky), but overall, the great beds, the space size and the great back yard fully justify a return reservation next year, especially since you offer a 10% discount by booking directly. Enjoyed it, thanks for asking.

The inside of the property was cleaned very well by the cleaning staff. Things that were out of control of the staff were stained furniture, ripped rugs, outdoor furniture was a complete disaster. Extremely low water pressure in the kitchen faucet. The pictures of this property when listed were apparently when the furniture was clean and newer. These items should immediately be replaced by the owner, I’ve attached some pictures for your viewing.

Lovely older home with lots of charm and beautiful backyard. Our dogs loved having the freedom to run and play in the yard. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived a little later than we had hoped. When we got there we tried to turn the heat on because it was only 62 degrees in the house. We left for dinner thinking it would heat up. When we got back it was even colder. We contacted them and it took about over an hour to come to the house. She couldn’t get it to work either. Company was called to come by but it was very late by the time he got there. It was a cold evening and it really put a damper on the start of our get away with my kids. After the heat was fixed we had a great time. They stated we could get a partial credit, but haven’t received one yet.

We loved it. Very cozy and perfect for our family. We’ll definitely be back.

Everything thong was great. My wife and I enjoyed the old homes charm and our dog lived the fenced back yard

We loved it!!! The house was perfectly located to downtown and only 20 mins from our event in Prescott Valley we were attending. Everything was great!!!

no hand rails,very uneven terrane, refrigerator leaked water onto kitchen floor. Property manager was great!! Moved us into another unit. It was perfect!! Thank you Christine.

Came up for the Lainey Wilson concert! Wish we coulda stayed in this cute house longer besides to sleep and get ready! So charming & whimsical! Will definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival, the refrigerator was not working. We notified the property management and they promptly began to address the problem. The accommodations they made for us were excellent and we’re very satisfied.

First of all, upon entering we were very surprised to see how small each room was compared to how spacious the online pictures portrayed. After a long day of travel we wanted an ice cold drink of wine…tried the refrigerator’s ice maker only to realize it wasn’t working. I call the number lister in the binder, spoke with Kristin who informed me they knew the ice machine was broken ? However, after a bit of a conversation Kristin brought to the house TWO large bags of ice in a very short time YEA Kristin!! All was going well until we finished our dinner, stacked our dirty dishes into the dishwasher washer and proceeded to turn the dishwasher on…only to find that the door wasn’t latching so the dishwasher would begin its cycle then immediately stop. So, now the dishwasher wasn’t working so for the rest of our meals, we cleaned up and stacked dishes, silverware, etc into the dishwasher. We went to Safeway and bought paper plates and silverware to use for the remainder of our stay. The beds are incredibly wonderful and we both sleep very well…thank you for taking such care in your bed selection! The living room couch was another story altogether in that it’s like sitting on a brick. So after the first night, we chose to use the comfy beds to watch TV and that worked perfectly. We loved the backyard, its privacy and especially the seating arrangement. Firefly is a very old home. Walking on the floors brought back good memories of the homes my husband and I grew up in ?.

Our stay was perfect! My daughter had a #softball tournament abd tgis place was just what we needed. Supwr cute and closed to everything. Beds were comfy and the towel warmer was amazing! Plenty of room for us. I will stay here again!

Cute property but needs some minor repairs. I spoke with the property manager and she plans on fixing the problems before listing again.

Moving to Prescott for school in a month and wanted to take a weekend with friends to relax and see what it had to offer. Great place! Great location! Perfect for relaxing!
