Pro: Free parking Easy walk in to town Con: -Walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything, but they provide ear plugs. -WiFi is really bad. So bad had to use cellular data. -There were creepy crawlies on the bed. Had one crawl on me while laying and watching tv

Unit C - Compact but Convenient Location Location: Situated close to the main street and festivities, this unit (one of four in the house) offers excellent access to local attractions. The central location is definitely a highlight for those wanting to be near the action. Room Size & Layout: The room is notably compact, significantly smaller than standard hotel rooms. While it contains the essentials - a comfortable bed, small table, and two chairs - the limited space could be challenging for guests with mobility concerns. The tight quarters require careful navigation. Comfort & Amenities: Bed comfort is a definite plus Basic furnishings are functional but minimal Surprisingly good soundproofing - no noise from adjacent units - Limited space for movement and storage - Minimal amenities compared to standard hotel rooms Value for Money: While the premium pricing during Christmas season is understandable, the room's size and basic amenities make it difficult to justify the cost. Consider this option if location is your top priority and you're comfortable with minimal space. Perfect for 2 people, has everything we needed, walking distance to all stores and restaurants, only thing, cannot park in the streets without paying, didn’t know there's parking lot behind the house

Easy access to the unit with clear instructions/communication from the management company. Can’t beat the location! Very walkable. Room is cleaning comfortable, the heater was a bit tricky but once we figured that out, it was great.

The price was good in an easily walkable area. The tv/internet did not work most of the time, but otherwise a nice and convenient place to stay.

Had a very comfortable stay, all was excellent with the house. Wifi was hit or miss but would and will book here again in the future.

The place was adorable, The room was clean and perfect for us and our dog. They even left poop bags and a water dish and did dish for her. It was pretty perfect!!

Very clean & great location

The bed was big and comfortable! The showere was excellent. The fridge has a slight haunting hum but we tracked it down and the room was not haunted..lol..we were there for Halloween! One suggestion is to take the toilet paper roll off while showering as there is a slight spray that dampens it! But loved our stay and will stay again!

Perfect location. Enjoyed the walkability and included parking. Room was clean and the overall vibe was cozy and quiet. We appreciated the little details and hotel-like amenities like the stocked coffee/tea bar. Check-in and out was easy as could be.

This place is a great location for anything to do with the downtown Leavenworth area! It is 1/2 block away from the Octoberfest festival hall! As others have mentioned, it is close to a slightly busy side street. My friend is a light sleeper but didn't have any issues. The noise from the street is not that bad after 10pm but does pick up a little around 7am. Not enough to wake us up though. We did have the widows closed at night. The location was awesome. The only negative was the parking. The parking spots are a little tight. Depending on which room you reserved, if you have a large truck/SUV (i.e Ford F250, Chevy Suburban, etc) you might have some difficulties getting in/out of the parking spots. I would not hesitate to book this place again!!

Very convenient location with free parking. Almost all of the parking in Leavenworth is paid parking. The free parking at the room within walking distance of downtown was perfect.

Room was very nice with extra thoughtful amenities. Nice to have free parking, just have to watch the guide wire. Temps were high during the day, but cool at night. We turned off the noisy air conditioner and opened a window which was great... Until the early morning street cleaners, truck deliveries etc. If the windows had been closed the noise wouldn't have bothered us. It was perfect for our needs. Bed was very comfortable.

Convenient and very close to everything. The only place we drove to was the reindeer farm which was a 3 min drive. We hiked Colchuck Lake, went tubing down the river, enjoyed the restaurants and shops downtown. I gave the cleanliness 1 star because there was human hair all over our sheets. They did bring clean sheets the next day so we could make the bed.

The room is great! The shower is amazing! The bed is comfy! The location is awesome! The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because of the WiFi access. It’s spotty at best. The tv is tied to the WiFi and we spent more time watching the “circle of loading” than an actual show.

Great location and very pet friendly. Nice to have parking and walk to everything downtown Leavenworth. The property was as described with easy check-in. I was worried about the noise when I realized it was right on the street but it really wasn't that noisy. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean with an excellent window unit air conditioner. I was there during a heat wave so the a/c was much appreciated.

This is our third year coming to Leavenworth for MaiFest. This is our first time staying in the downtown area. The location was so convenient and the studio was adorable, clean and perfect for us! It was very dog friendly and the accommodations were perfect!

The location is walking distance to the riverside trail and downtown. The room was cozy, and we appreciated the doggy supplies. I also got very quick responses to my questions.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was everything we could have wished. The king size bed made it a tight fit but overall it was wonderful. It's in a great location and made it easy to walk throughout the town and enjoy the local activities! For the money, this was a great property to stay at and we would definitely stay there again!

Overall I would stay at this location again. Great location and room for 2 was comfortable and clean. The first night at around 4:00 am the carbon monoxide detector started chirping. It chirped for several hours, it kept me awake and I was unable to go back to sleep. The room was also without a smoke detector. I called the number provided twice to get help with the tv. They were unable to assist. Otherwise it was great.

This is our second time staying in this location. We love the proximity to downtown Leavenworth, only a few blocks away. Also very close to river access. It was very clean with comfortable linens. We have no complaints and plan to book another stay in the future!
