Battleship Vista - Parking

Love the location, enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river, beautiful sunsets, interior was modern and convenient. Highly recommend

Long weekend getaway in downtown Wilmington. The condo was exactly as advertised and modern. Excellent view of the river, bridges and USS North Carolina battleship. Central and easily walkable to all of the restaurants, bars, shopping, and the water walkway. This condo is on the top floor and an end unit, so there was no outside noise, which is awesome for me, as I am a light sleeper. Checking and checking out was a breeze and the owner was excellent to communicate with. Would defintely recommend this condo if you are looking to visit downtown Wilmington.

It was a lovely apartment! We stayed there for my husband's birthday and the balcony looked at the battleship with uninterrupted view! The apartment was clean and very well organized. The host gave us clear information on checking in, parking, etc.

Amazing space and location!! couldn't ask for me in this downtown Wilmington condo. I came into town for a conference, parking was perfect, walked to dinner and right near the water. Great communication with host. Will be back!

Great view great place

The condo is well appointed, clean and has the best view of the riverwalk and battleship. Loved the sunsets! Parking is so convenient. The complex is safe and quiet.Checking in and out is easy.I hope I have the opportunity to come back.

The check in process was so easy! Jody was very quick to respond to my emails. This condo was perfect! We went to a concert at Live Oak and it was an easy walk to the venue. The condo has a fantastic view of the river and right downtown! I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return soon.

Property was amazing. Excellent location in Wilmington right on the river. Spectacular view. Easy access to everything in downtown. Shops restaurants etc.

Very clean and in a great location! We were in town for a concert at nearby Live Oak Bank Pavilion and this fantastic property was within walking distance to the concert venue as well as tons of restaurants and shops!

This place is awesome! What a cool view of the battleship. Laundry is a nice amenity and so was the parking pass. We enjoyed how modern the unit was and how it was so centrally located and everything we did was very walkable. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

The property is in a great location to many shops restaurants. With an amazing view of the Cape Fear River. Is well stocked w coffee(Keurig) dishes & towels, kitchen soaps as well as bathroom soaps. Would stay here again!

Wilmington doesn’t disappoint! This place was perfectly centered for all the food, fun and shopping you could ever want. If I had to nitpick anything, the bed wasn’t my soft mattress from home lol. Great stay, loved the views from the balcony, and the view from the front door!

We were in town for a short period to move our daughter out of her dorm. Never stayed on Riverside before, but it was excellent lots to do in our accommodations were outstanding.

Pleasant two night stay.

This condo is just as it is pictured. The view is wonderful and the location is great for exploring the downtown area. Watching the sun set on the veranda over looking the river was a real treat. The condo was very clean, well appointed and very quiet for sleeping. Having a parking pass for the lot next to the building is a major plus in this downtown location.

Beautiful view of the river and the battleship. Jody was very helpful & very cooperative.She helped in suggesting breweries & restaurants for me since my first visit.Unit was modern and clean. Would stay there again.

Property is located within walking distance of everything in town. We were very happy with the rental. Only caution would be for light sleepers - the air handler is located in the closet in the bedroom. It didn’t bother us but could be an issue for very light sleepers.

Great views and super close to shops and restaurants!!
