Stayed Dec 26, 2019Tonmoy was great. He offered so much help and many suggestions on places to go locally. He even took me to a tea shop. The dates for my trip weren't available all in one room but he was willing to let me change rooms a few times so I was able to stay for all the dates I needed. Very accommodating. Communication was great, he was on top of everything. I would definitely recommend staying at Bashundara if you're in Siliguri, Tonmoy will make it a great stay.
