Great place and great host close to everything, clean and comfortable!

Lovely stay with modern amenities, a good vibe, and nice decor. Stay was a very short drive to downtown and all the required amenities and the host was very helpful and attentive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, highly recommended!!

Property was very clean and comfortable. Its location and proximity to downtown is excellent and easily within walking distance. Michael's communication was top notch, it was overall a great getaway!

Location was great within walking distance to downtown, the Mushroom Houses, and light house. The outside entrance & sitting area was beautiful & well landscaped. We stayed in the upstairs unit and it was very clean, decorated nicely & comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time in Charlevoix. This place was a great location for walking to the downtown shops and restaurants. We walked to the mushroom houses which were quite interesting. It was a good location to venture out and see the tunnel of trees and many of the wineries and breweries in the area. We were also very close to Castle Farms, which was a beautiful place to see with all their gardens. This place was very clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of bathroom towels and a kitchen with all the supplies you need for cooking. I loved how when you open all the drawers in the kitchen a light came on in each one. We were also left a bottle of wine, which was very nice. Just make sure you are capable of climbing steps since this place is located on the second floor and the entryway into your door, has some stones to walk up a slight slope. I believe the description on VRBO does say it’s on the second floor so we were fine with that. We thought it was a perfect place for two and would definitely go back again.

Shabby Chic is the first description that came to mind. Outstanding decorating and attention to detail and amenities. Absolutely lovely - close enough to walk downtown, to the beach, and historic mushroom house district. Thank you, Michael!

This Vrbo was amazing! Great location and cozy accommodation. I loved being able to walk to downtown and the stores close by. The vrbo had everything we needed and would stay here again.

Excellent location to walk downtown and for a wedding at Castle Farms. Bed is comfortable and the apartment clean. Plenty of towels. The owner left a nice bottle of red which was appreciated by my husband. The unit is a top floor of the house with entrance on the side. Some really nice features and touches throughout. We would stay here again.

Close to beach, restaurants and stores. Place was very clean and well appointed, would stay there again.

We enjoyed our two night stay in this lovely garden apartment. We appreciated the attention to details, especially the great lighting and lots of fluffy towels! Great welcoming host! This apartment requires climbing steps that may be challenging for those with mobility difficulties.

This property was perfect for our weekend in Charlevoix. It is within walking distance of the Main Street of shops and dining. We were in town for a wedding held at Castle Farms. The venue is just a short drive from the property. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return.

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! Perfect location as a couple who loves to grab coffee and go for a morning walk in cute areas…just steps away from the house. We are so excited to come back someday!

My husband and I stayed for a four day weekend. Michael’s place was nicely furnished and decorated and was super clean. The bed was comfy, kitchen well equipped, nice bath towels and quiet as well. Location was perfect and we got out for an hour walk each day….could have walked longer. All in all had a great time relaxing, shopping, eating out and watching the Lions pull through and win!!

The property is in a quiet, very pleasant neighborhood and just a few blocks from a grocery and downtown. The apartment has clearly been remodeled very recently in a very stylish manner. Everything--windows, appliances, plumbing, electrical, heating, lighting--is high quality and in excellent working order. Attractive, comfortable furnishing. Ultra-clean and very well stocked. Great bed and bedding, and I have never been treated to so many towels, all in mint condition. Michael is an all-star host: very available, flexible and amiable. Great instructions. Check-in and check-out couldn't be easier.

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at Michael's property. As this listing states, it is walking distance from all of the activities, eateries, and sights that downtown Charlevoix has to offer. The unit is clean, well-organized, and filled with nice touches that truly make you feel like you're at a home away from home. The outdoor patio area is secluded and very cozy. We both found the bed to be comfortable after long days out and about. I will definitely be checking availability for this listing first and foremost when coming back to Charlevoix.
