The entrance through internal stairs is shared with another holiday home (for 3 people), from which it is completely independent. Attico Isola dei Conigli is located on the first floor. Under the mighty star vaults there is the living area , made up of living room with sofa, large and equipped with oven and washing machine , plus service bathroom. Air-conditioned in all rooms.
The sleeping area is located on the second floor, reachable via an internal staircase, and consists of 2 bedrooms , a twin that can turn into a double, and a double. At the disposal of the apartment there is also an additional camp bed. The house is completed by a large balcony equipped with table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the symbolic places of Porto Cesareo: the sixteenth-century tower and the Isola dei Conigli.

The Penthouse Isola Dei Conigli is located in the center of Porto Cesareo , facing the sea from which caiques for Rabbit Island. Everything is close at hand: bars, services, restaurants, fishmongers, banks, tobacconists, newsagents and shops for shopping.

The first sandy beach is just 150 meters and can be reached on foot. The first equipped beach is located on the island Lo Scoglio, near the house, while equipped beaches and long stretches of free beach can be found starting from about 1 kilometer, along the beautiful coastline.

 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.


- From 21:00 ZTL active. The pass will be provided directly by the agency that manages the property.
- One of the two bathrooms has no shower.
