    In spite of some very crazy weather we had a fabulous time at Atlantic Blue. It is an ideal property for couples. We were greated with a lovely welcome card, custom Atlantic Blue chocolate, and a bottle of prosecco. The double bedroom is cosy, but the single beds in a king format were very comfortable as they came with a large topper. There are facilities for an additional bed in the lounge area should there be more than two guests staying. The bathroom is lovely with full Villeroy Boch suite and a great shower. Bedding and towels are also great. The kitchen has everything you are likely to need with plenty of cutlery, glasswear, and kitchen equipment. Parking is tight in the car park area in the lower floor of the building, but with a bit of manoeuvring you can even fit a reasonably large vehicle. That being said, it will not accommodate a roof box due to roof height, unless you have a smaller car and a low-profile roof box. Approx 1.9m clearance near the entrance. Though not indicated in the information provided, there are recycling facilities in the refuse area near the car park entrance. It would a helpful addition to have a recycling bin in the property to help with organising, but certainly not a must. One of the most wonderful things about the property is the location. Nestled on the edge of Porthmeor with views over the beach, the main harbour can be accessed in a matter of a few minutes walk, and it is a short walk to Tate St Ives. There is a great little roof terrace just off the lounge area on the top floor, which has fantastics over Porthmeor and St Ives. Whether sunrise or sunset, it will not disappointment. All-in-all it is a great property and would very much recommend. Highly likely we will be back if it is available.

    This is our second year in the property. View is amazing, apartment is amazing. Owners are lovely. Amazing welcome pack, including lovely flowers and a bottle of bubbles. To top it off weather was perfect. We have booked for next year already in the same property.

    Every individual aspect / item was good quality but we felt a couple of pieces were too big, which didn't always make moving around the property easy. The bed was great, but way too big for the room, and the wardrobe was tiny - by the time you rid the bed of its cushions there was hardly any room in it. The lack of space meant we ended up storing our luggage bag on the kitchen floor. The kitchen table sat 6, again slightly too big for the space. If you were sitting in the seat with the best view, the other person would struggle to get past you and up the stairs, probably not helped by dodging the luggage bag! As the house is marketed for 2 people (4 at a push) , we wondered if it was fitted for its owners, who might entertain there? Overall we loved it and the location was great, and parking a huge bonus, so really the 'squeakiness' in the bedroom and kitchen was a minor irritation.

    We had such a lovely week in the Atlantic blue and the fizz & chocolate was a lovely touch! Easy to walk into town and the views were incredible! Definitely making it a yearly thing!

    We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean and cosy. The Sonos music system is great fun! The views from the kitchen and balcony are wonderful - we really loved relaxing with our baby and dog at Atlantic Blue. The kitchen is fully equipped, the shower is good and the bed is comfy. This apartment is one of the best places we've stayed in at St Ives and we visit every year!
