Artsy Full Apartment 15 minutes from Downtown Nashville

Excellent spot to stay while in Nashville area. Quick in and out from freeway. Private patio to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Loved the decor. Would suggest handheld shower handle for taller guests.

We loved our stay in Nashville! 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, so we utilized Lyft a lot to avoid parking fees. This Vrbo is in the basement of the hosts’ house, but it includes a separate door for entry. We definitely felt safe here. The kitchen was perfect for two people cooking. Loved the coffee addition as well. Plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare meals. The fridge had plenty of ice and a large Brita for water as well. The bedroom was nice! Very comfortable bed and space for us to store our suitcases. The living room was super cute. We used the TV multiple times to watch movies. It was logged in for most things, but you could also log in to streaming platforms if you wanted. There is also a washer/dryer unit. Super nice to do a quick load of laundry if you are going to be here for a bit. Detergent already there for you!Overall, highly recommend this cute place!

We didn't fully utilize the property as we were spending our days with local family. But it was very nicely set up, a lovely quiet place to finish the day in after all the busy-ness of being with the two-year-old grandson. If we do this again, I think we will make more use of the kitchen facilities.

We needed a place for an overnight stop and this fit the bill perfectly!

The space was exactly how described/pictured in the listing. Very cozy and inviting space with a full kitchen that was stocked very well.The bed was very comfortable, but it is pretty soft so keep that in mind if you're used to a firmer mattress, but again it was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and we appreciated the fan in the bedroom to help the air circulation. Would stay here again!

Our stay was cut short due to illness but we were impressed by the calmness and size of the space. Would def rent again if needed

It was a nice quiet neighborhood. It was not to bad to get to from Nashville. The bed was comfortable. The place was decently supplied. One thing I like in my house is Kleenex and it didn’t have any.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute and clean apartment! The neighborhood was quiet. We spent some time in Nashville and went to a wedding outside of Nashville so this location was perfect.

Good place!

This was a home away from home. The owners have thought of everything a home needs. We didn't have to buy anything except for food. They even have a dishwasher, washer and dryer, all cleaning supplies and charcoal for the grill out back. We had a great stay.

It was a cute small place. Good for a one night stay close to downtown. Id give it a 5 but it had a little mildew smell mixed with some air freshener smell that was a bit overwhelming to me. I loved the vintage decor, including the extremely old holy bible. We had no problems with check in or check out and the neighborhood was nice.

Ben and Kassie are amazing. The ultimate hosts. Their place is Darling and in the perfect location to reach all different parts around the Nashville metro area. We have stayed multiple times and have always been impressed. You will have everything you need in there warm and welcoming home.

Great property, with great hosts!

The property is exactly as noted in the images provided. Me and my spouse and teenage son stayed at the property for 4 nights. We arrived and everything was spotless, very clean and tidy. Kitchen was full stocked. Bathroom included towels, washcloths, hand towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries. Kitchen also had kitchen cleaning supplies and basic pantry items needed for cooking and baking. Ice trays were full of ice. Brita water container was full of cold filtered water in the fridge. Bedroom had extra linens and linens for cot, as well. There is a dehumidifier in the living room. There is a hotel style air conditioning unit in the living room which pushes air throughout the apartment. There is a fan in the bedroom also that helps ensure the cool air is circulated. There is wifi connection -- instructions in the little booklet on the coffee table. The apartment is nicely decorated and feels so peaceful and homey. There is a fully fenced in backyard and a small area outside the apartment with a tabke and chairs for outdoor relaxing. Neighborhood is quiet. The apartment was quiet as well. We communicated throughout with the owner and he was extremely prompt. He accommodated our reqiest for an extra night as well. We had an absolute lovely time and have already planned our return next year! So grateful to have found this place!

We had a delightful stay in this cute apartment while in Nashville for the Vanderbilt graduation. The apartment was spotless and decorated in such a cute and clever way. The host was very responsive and helpful. Wish we would have found this place sooner on previous trips to visit our son in college!!

Just as described, it was perfect for our extra day stay in Nashville. Conference ran through Saturday and wanted to stay an extra night at a more affordable price point. This was perfect for my wife and I. Quiet, out of the way. Great communication with the owners, no issues whatsoever. Would absolutely book again

It was very out dated and there was no kitchen table to eat at. Couch not very comfortable. We were ask to park on street and had to walk from there down driveway to unload our car. It didn’t give me the sense of home atmosphere. It smelled of mildew

This property was in a great location and met all of our needs. All of the furnishings were very comfortable and the decor was super cute and homey. The wide variety of products in the bathoom was a plus. The property manager was super friendly and helpful.

This was the perfect spot for our short trip to Nashville to host my sister’s baby shower. Checkin with the keypad was a breeze and the small kitchen was very well stocked for a bit of food prep. The space was clean and eclectic with interesting pieces and mementos from the couples travels. I personally appreciated the quotes, verses and book selection and my daughter enjoyed playing with the games and cards provided. Very brief trip but loved their little book of recommendations and hope to try out some again next time.

We had a wonderful visit to Nashville. This place was comfortable, private, and easy to stay in. Everything we wanted to do was a short drive and if we're ever back in town we're gonna check and see if this place is available again!

Weekend getaway with a good friend

I stayed in this apartment while visiting a friend that lived in the neighborhood, and it was a very cozy and comfortable place to come home to! All the conveniences were there and it felt private and secure. The hosts were great with communication, and so friendly and helpful.

Communication was fast. We asked if we could check-in to drop our stuff off a few hours early and They accommodated us. We'd had such a long drive. It was nice to unpack and get settled before our first meeting!. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We had so much fun staying in Nashville to ring in the New Year. There was a small instance of uncleanliness (a used pimple patch stuck to the bedside shelf) but otherwise we had no issues and loved our time there.

This was a cute little cottage type apartment in a basement, which did not feel like a basement at all. Very good use of space and had everything we needed!

Cozy, clean, well designed and decorated. Had all the things a couple needs for a short stay. Very comfortable bed. A great find if you like to be on the outskirts of the city. My husband says its the best he's stayed in and would definitely go back again.

All our needs were met with much appreciated attention to detail in addition to abundant supplies and amenities. Initial concern about basement smell was effectively managed with dehumidifier and fan under our control.

Needed a place for a week that was central to all of greater Nashville area. This location was perfect! Nice quiet neighborhood that has everything needed, close by. This is a super great apartment like place that had anything and everything you might need for a short or long stay. Minutes from downtown Nashville, even during traffic hours. Nashville is a beautiful town and this little retreat is equally special. You will enjoy this place.
