The lounge room offers a 50` smart TV with Netflix and a dedicated workspace.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. Should you feel the urge to cook up a storm, there`s a four burner gas cook top and an electric oven. There`s also an espresso machine, for making your morning coffee.

The main bedroom has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. It has a smart TV and a queen-sized bed. The mattress was brand new in November 2022.

The second bedroom has a double bed, also with a new mattress. There is an ensuite, a built-in wardrobe and sky lights.

The living area has a wall of windows, making it light and airy. Here you`ll find a comfortable daybed, the perfect place to lay back, relax and read a good book. The daybed also converts to a single bed should an extra sleeping space be needed.

There is a dining table in the living area and another on the deck where you can sit comfortably and ease into morning coffee or afternoon drinks whilst taking in the lush surrounds.

A laundry space provides a top loader washing machine and a drying rack. There is an ironing board and iron also available.

You`ll have the entire apartment to yourselves.

The building is directly across the road from a park and the river. There are markets on the first Saturday of each month in the park. It`s a short walk to cafe`s, restaurants, shops and the famous Bruns pub.

Bruns is easy to get around and has everything you need within walking distance.
The apartment is just a 15-minute drive to Byron and 10 minutes to Mullumbimby. It`s 30-minute drive from both Coolangatta airport on the Gold Coast and Ballina airport which is the closest to Byron Bay. You can hire a car or get the local shuttle bus to Brunswick Heads.
Untimed parking is available directly in front of the building.
