Everything was great. Had everything we needed. Great location to walk to St. George St.

Great location. The perfect size for a couple. The communication was prompt and accurate.

Room is clean, bed is comfy, everything you could want is in the kitchen for cooking your own meals, or St. George street is a block away. Parking is fine at the parking garage. Easy in and out and a 2 min walk to the house.

This is a perfect property in many ways. First, the location could not be better, being so close to anything you would want to visit in the historic district. We walked everywhere!Connie is a great host. Her communication from start to finish can't be beat. The roomy apartment is immaculate and clearly she takes pride in having her guests feel comfortable and with so many amenities. Although we never did any cooking, the kitchen is well stocked. We especially loved the Keurig with coffee etc. being provided. Even though there is no parking on the property, the parking garage is very close and convenient. No issues with us at all and we felt our vehicle was very secure. The parking pass Connie provides worked perfectly for us. St. Augustine is a beautiful oasis with so much to see and do. If we ever do return and need a place to stay, it will be here. Thank you Connie for making our mini vacation a very enjoyable one.

Host was very responsive and accommodating! She went above and beyond and we really appreciated her kindness. Apartment was in a great location - so close and easy to get around historic St. Augustine.

The rental.was just as described, quite spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect to walk to the historic district and most all of St Augustine's attractions. Connie was great with communication. Our stay was one of many from The Everglades to Charleston, so I was the one lax on messaging. All instructions were clear, even those which she said needed updating. Parking with the provided pass was free, secure, and an easy five minute stroll through a scenic area. The area is quiet, scenic, friendly and seemed quite safe, at all hours, coming and going. Linens, bed and appliances were all well thought out, clean and labeled! Kitchen, laundry and toiletries are well enough equipped, although some better quality cooking utensils and a rubber spatula, or two would be great and easier on what pots and pans are available. Be advised, other than some very basic spices there are no cooking needs such as oils, vinegars, condiments, etc. Plenty of coffee supplies and options. There are six steps to the front porch, no handrails in the shower, and the bathroom would be tight for a walker; not wheelchair accessable. Yes. I highly reccomend Connie and the rentals.

Location is excellent. Everything we wanted to tour and restaurants were within walking distance. Unloading and parking at the nearby garage went well.

At 9:00 am the cleaners began cleaning the floor of the room above ours and woke us up much earlier than we had wanted on our vacation! I contacted the owner after about 45 minutes of the loud noise while trying to sleep!I did get a reply that was first apologizing for the disturbance, but then I got another reply right after that stating that quiet time was from 9pm to 9am and that if I had expected to have quiet time past 9am, that I should have put in a special request! I didn’t realize that sleeping past 9am at a property that I paid for while on vacation was a special request!Very poor wifi signal, they have an extender in the room putting out about 5 Mbps of speed, we couldn’t use any of our devices effectively!

Very relaxing and cozy.

Perfect cleanliness-great location-excess of supplies. Advertisement said nothing about staircase to get into property. Ad said street parking available but that had changed upon arrival-Could only park at a city garage several blocks away. My husband is 91 and I am 86 and use a walker. Very difficult to get our suitcases and walker into property. Poor lighting in kitchen-no safety bars in shower. Nice teak bench in there but handheld was too far away. Nice touch to have a washer and dryer. Too many remotes in living room and bedroom to operate equipment. No luggage carts to help. Probably a great stay for younger people but it made our stay quite challenging.

If you want to visit St. Augustine old town, this is your place. In the middle of everything, a short walk from almost anything you want to see or do in St. Augustine. We had a wonderful time. Connie is a fabulous host. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is beautifully appointed, but why cook with some of the best food in northeast Florida at your doorstep. Convenient and comfortable, what more could you ask for?

Perfect location. Super close to historic downtown. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance. I highly recommend The Modern Rose for their coffee and tea options. Mojo BBQ became a new favorite since it was so close and incredibly made.

Our stay was a long Memorial Day weekend. Everything was smooth from beginning to end.Connie is easily reachable and communicative.The home is safe,quiet area,and close enough to walk to many restaurants,or anything downtown.The home is filled with everything you could need and then some.Bed is comfy,bathroom modern.We enjoyed coffee on the front porch in a.m.Not sure if some items were left from other guests,but we did buy and leave a card game for others to use.We would definitely stay at one of Connie's homes again.

Connie is a great host. Great communication prior and during the stay. Such an excellent location within walking distance of just about anything you’d need including the amazing historic district.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was great! Great location and easy to get downtown. (5 min walk). It was also very comforting to stay in this house and we felt like we were given everything we needed to make sure we had everything we needed. Her expectations for us were very clear as well. (Check out process) We would recommend this to any couple looking for a getaway!

The location was perfect. The apartment was better than expected. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO properties. This one was as exactly as described. The amenities were beyond expectations. Looking forward to returning!!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary. This place is perfect for two, cute, clean, very accommodating. Walking distance to everything in the historict district. Loved it, we will be back.

The house is in a fantastic location, a very short walk to free covered parking and a trolley stop. We walked to many locations and took the trolley to others. The home has been well planned to make guests feel at home, all our needs were met and then some. Would book this home again in a heartbeat.

Great stay at this Flagler Land College neighborhood apartment in St Augustine. Host Connie was very gracious and helpful; and the apartment was very well appointed and sparkling clean!

Very clean well appointed property. Within walking distance of all historic parts of St Augustine. Short driving distance to the lighthouse and beach. Easy parking in the garage

The property is super nice. Perfect size for the 2 of us. The kitchen is nice and unlike some places the bed was super comfy. The bathroom looks newly renovated and the rain shower was fantastic. Everything we wanted to do in Saint Augustine was like a 10 minute walk tops..

Our stay at Connie’s place was wonderful. There were plenty of linens. The shower had places for us to store our toiletries. The washing machine and dryer came in handy. The parking pass was super convenient. The kitchen was roomy and well equipped and even had coffee k-cups for us to use. Located on a quiet street but centrally located. We could walk almost everywhere downtown. Would definitely come back :)
