Stayed Sep 29, 2024Perfectly furnished and commodities prepared, so you can immediately start living from day one. Very quiet and clean. Good access to the center of Paris by metro. A big supermarket, some restaurants and bars nearby. Superkind owner.

Stayed Aug 19, 2025Excellent apartment in a modern, well-maintained complex, with an exceptionally friendly, trustworthy, and service-minded landlord.The apartment offers all the facilities listed on the site — including high-speed fiber internet, dishwasher, and washing machine — even though these aren’t immediately visible in the photos (the router is neatly tucked away, and the dishwasher is built-in).Located just 300 meters from the nearest Metro station (300 m to Pierre et Marie Curie and 450 m to Mairie d'Ivry), Line M7 takes you to the city center in just 15–20 minutes (around 18 minutes to Châtelet). This makes it an ideal strategic base for exploring Paris without paying the premium for the most central rental locations.Some reviewers have mentioned the bed. If you’re used to very soft mattresses (as we are, with memory foam), it’s worth noting that the mattress here is of the classical firm type (not as in hard to discomfort) - ultimately, comfort and mattress style is a matter of personal preference. That said, we slept very well and comfortly, even though we are used to more foamy mattresses ourself.
