Stayed Feb 9, 2025We spent 8 weeks in this apartment and loved the location. A short walk to the marina and beach, a short walk to the train station, tram station and bus station if you do day trips. There are great options for groceries within 5minutes and dozens of restaurants, pubs and tapas shops are close by. It really is a great location for short or longer stays. ,

Stayed Feb 27, 2022We just departed from a WONDERFUL almost 2 month stay at this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo in Alicante, Spain, and I cannot recommend it enough! Positives: - Three large bedrooms - Two bathrooms - Full kitchen -Interior patio -Washing machine for clothes! -Spacious living room and dining area -Easy walkable access to everything in Alicante (parks, the harbor, Kinetic Therapy, great restaurants, supermarkets, Santa Barbara Castle, bars) Negatives; There are non! This building is safe and secure and the photos do not do it justice. The apartment is much larger than you think and squeaky clean. Also, if you have guests visiting the layout is perfect because there is one guest bedroom slightly away from the others to allow for more privacy. The owners are lovely people and also have properties in Benidorm if you visit there. You cannot go wrong with this place!
