Very nice apartment. Clean, comfortable and well equiped. Situated not far from shops, town centre as well as the beach. Great service and communication with owners.

Very nice appartement, all kind of shops are very close to the apartement. Also the beach is within 2 minutes by feet reachable. Riccione provides a lot of entertainment. The appartement was very clean and all things we needed for our vacation were available. The only small disadvantage was the noise of traffic and people coming from the street late until midnight. On the other way we were in the middle of life in Riccione. So it was at least balanced and we enjoyed our vacation with our 3 children.

This was our second time in this house and as we found it nice when we were first time in there, we decided to come again. The apartment is very good and very well located. It has all of what we expected to have for our stay. Because this apartment is not a hotel room we felt like being in own apartment and we liked. I would recommend this apartment for families having small children's as well for any one else who does not like to stay in Hotels and want to have more independant accommodation in Riccione!

I very pleased to give very positive feedback from the time our family was in Riccione. We stayed in apartment managed by Hotel Graziella. Apartment was in very good condition and it was perfect for our family. Everything you may need for you family having small kids during vacation is available behind the corner. Car is not necessary if you stay in this apartment. You find easily tens of restaurants and shops near the apartment as well the sea is just about 200 meters from the apartment. We especially liked that the road going front of the apartment becuase it was closed from cars most of evenings and there was many activities on the street like market, small local festivals etc. We had such a good time in Riccione that we are planning to come back and for sure we like hire this apartment again. I was able to park outside each day without difficulty and found the apartment to be clean and comfortable with all amenities as described. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again or to recommend it to friends and family. First class!

The apartment was modern clean and nicely furnished. The location was excellent being about a 15 minute stroll from the beautiful shopping precint and close to many lovely restaurants. With 5 of us in the apartment the lounge could have done with a bigger sofa but we spent most of our time out and about anyway. The flat was warm and had plenty of hot running water and the storage facilities were excellent. It really was like a 'homeliday'!
