Apartment w/Panoramic Ocean Views

We had a great stay. The apartment is perfectly located in Miraflores, with a very nice view and 24/7 security. There’s a convenient store just a block away and plenty of excellent restaurants within a short walk. Everything was clean and comfortable. Giovanna, the host, was amazing — she responded immediately to any question. Highly recommended!

It didn't take my wife and I long to determine that this was the best apartment we've rented, and we've rented in the Americas and Europe. The view is a huge part of the reason, it's on an upper floor and so the ocean is visible despite the other high rises. The location is also great, you can walk less than 10 minutes to see the sun set on the ocean. Various oceanside parks and Larcomar (mall) are also in walking distance. Parque Kennedy is about a half hour walk away and has tons of restaurants, shops and nightlife. The apartment itself is spacious, with a dining room, living room and balcony. We were pleasantly surprised that not only was there a washing machine, there was also a dryer. Giovanna was a great host and we were very happy with our stay.

Giovanni was a good host with good communication. The condo was clean and comfortable and all appliances worked properly. The neighborhood was upscale and we felt comfortable walking around day and night.

Property itself was exactly as advertised. Great views of the ocean from 16th floor. Check in process was great. The building doormen, Cesar and Francisco were extremely helpful and ever vigilant. The apartment was clean and well stocked. A couple of minor maintenance issues were handled quickly and professionally. This was very much appreciated. The apartment location is a 5 minute walk from the malecon Cisneros putting you in the heart of A beautiful area. Very close to great restaurants, bakery and coffee shops. A couple of convenience stores within a block walk make life much easier. A note of caution however, if you are sensitive to street noise then be very aware. The apartment faces a major street and traffic noise is constant. Combined with the penchant for drivers using their car horns, rush jour was very noisy for us. Ear plugs may be a good idea.

Overall very good experience. 24 hrs front desk assistance and excellent communication with Giovanna, property manager. Small issues such as not having a remote control for the garage, ( front desk clerk let us in and out), having to turn the electric switch to get hot water for the shower, (it would help to have info in advance since we got to the apartment late in the evening, looking forward to get in the shower after a12 hrs fly). Internet connection not great unless in the main room or living room, ( an additional router will likely fix it).Just minor issues in comparison to multiple advantages for a safe place in a very good neighborhood. I just mentioned them because the property has so much potential to be even better.

I don’t usually book a place with no reviews but I am happy I did. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The views from the balcony were amazing and such a short walk to the malecon (walking path above the ocean). Smooth check in and flexible check out as my flight wasn’t until late at night. Would book again!
