A ground floor apartment in a well established urbanization which is located on the first line of the beach. The urbanization is very nice with palm trees and the pool in the middle but it is quiet to spend your holidays relaxed. In front of the urbanization there are several restaurants, bars, shops and within walking distance there is a Coviran supermarket. Along the beach (which is sandy) there is the Paseo Maritimo to walk in the direction of Carboneras.

Stayed Feb 28, 2026Bed, furniture and kitchen equipment old and felt uncomfortable. Had to replace batteries in air conditioner remote as it stopped working, second bedroom toilet flush not working. These are things that should be checked before renting out.
