The living room with TV, WIFI connection and fireplace provides access to a 10m² balcony. The independent kitchen fitted with an island is equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker and SENSEO pod coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a citrus press and all the necessary kitchen equipment so that you feel at home. The rental also has a second balcony overlooking the town and pine trees, a washing machine, a hairdryer and hair straightener, two fans, an air conditioning system in the living room, an electric awning and solar blinds. A shower room and two independent toilets complete the rental. To park your vehicle you have access to a secure garage located in the basement of the residence.
