On a clear day, Houât and Hoëdic can be seen on the horizon.
The port and the citadel will beadmired while the lock will open to the rhythm of the comings and goings of the various sailboats and other boats.

At 300 m from the landing stage, vacations without a car are perfectly possible, even recommended to fully enjoy this magical place.

Although the common areas are from the period (the building was built over a century ago), the apartment was renovated in June 2015 in order to maintain its authenticity: parquet floors, fireplaces, moldings and cornices while combining modern and obviously functional equipment.

The 62 m2 apartment has 2 bedrooms for 2 people + a convertible sofa in the living room.

Rentals are made from Saturday to Saturday preferably, but we will be flexible regarding your arrival and departure dates.

Vacation time: end of stay cleaning and supply of linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels) are included in the price.
Tenants also have free Wi Fi and a 100 cm HD TV with DVD / Blu Ray player. 2 VTC bikes are also available.
All you have to do is unpack your bags and enjoy!
