Calm and atypical apartment in reflex refurbished at the end of 2018, in an old building, on the ground floor and 1st floor, in the city center of Le Palais with its private independent entrance.

Baby equipment is available free of charge (cot, high chair, baby bath, potty, toilet enhancer, small meal necessary).

The apartment has WIFI.

There is no possibility of storing motorized bikes or 2 wheels that do not have a room for this purpose.

In July and August, stays are from Saturday to Saturday.

On arrival, for more comfort, you will find your bed prepared and all the towels provided in the bathroom.

From the front door, you will arrive in the living room with its yellow sofa and its cocooning corner with flat screen, nothing like decompressing after a day of hiking or just for lazing around with a good novel!

Right next to the living room, the spacious bedroom with its cozy atmosphere and its blue, black and white colors. Blackout curtains will protect you from the morning sun or simply from street light in one direction, the window has double glazing and tinted. Its large 160x200 queen-size bed awaits you.

In the back of the room, a large closet behind the black glass roof, will make you feel at home.

The living room is the driving part of the apartment.

To access the rest of the apartment which is located on the 1st floor, you will take a beautiful wooden staircase, this will lead you to the bright kitchen with its black and red notes, notably thanks to the beautiful lobster on the wall!
The kitchen has two windows facing the one-way street.
All openings are double glazed.

The kitchen is fully equipped, induction hob with its hood, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine with 8 kg window and a large fridge-freezer with option on its door: fresh water dispenser, and all the small household appliances needed.
Small bonus, you will also have a 2nd flat screen to watch TV while eating.

Right next to the kitchen on the same floor, you will find the shower room with window. Behind the door you will discover an atmosphere of red and white, with a large 90X90 shower, its vanity unit and its cascading tap, and a toilet.

Our animal friends are not accepted in the apartment.

    This property is excellent. Well-equipped, clean, and conveniently situated for local daily market, shops, restaurants, and bus access. I would have rated 5 stars if the owner didn't insist us on signing a contract with some details which were not evident at the time of booking.
