This beautiful, brand new apartment is located in a apartment Villa, in small tourist town called Bibinje,only 250m from the nearest beach. The villa consists of 4 modernly equipped apartments that share a heated swimming pool on the roof terrace with a view of the city and the sea.
Apartment A4occupies an area of 83m2 on the first floor of the villa and can house up to 4+2guests. The apartment consists of two bedrooms with a double bed and two bathrooms with showers. There is also a fullyequipped open plan kitchen perfect for a lovely home-cooked meal with family and friends. The spacious living room adored with golden accents features an extendable couch and a flat-screen TV, where one can enjoy a relaxing afternoon.
The greatest feature of this apartment Villa is the 32 m2 heated swimming pool with a beautiful view of the sea on the rooftop terrace of the villa. Surrounded by lounging chairs it is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset. For those who enjoy cooking, there is also a barbecue area.
