Large windows allow natural light to move through the space and connect the interior with the surrounding foliage that has been preserved and continues developing around the building.

The finishes combine the handmade terrazzo floor with walls and ceilings coated in chukum —a traditional mixture made from the resin of a local tree— creating visual continuity between the interior areas and the outdoor spaces.

The balcony, surrounded by native vegetation, works as a growing space that accompanies the architecture and offers a calm environment for resting.

The kitchen is fully equipped and allows meals to be prepared with ease, and the unit includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, and high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure a comfortable stay.
