Bright 50 sqm apartment with garden in the heart of Venice, a quarter of an hour's walk from the famous Piazza San Marco. The accommodation, which can accommodate up to 3 people, is located on the ground floor of a period building. Please note that there is a step to access the apartment. The property is not suitable for children.
The property consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a single bed, a living room with a full kitchen, a bathroom and a courtyard with an outdoor sittingarea.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed and INTERNAL BATHROOM with shower cubicle (raised), sink, WC;
- LIVING ROOM with table and chairs, KITCHEN with gas hob, minibar, freezer, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, moka and kitchen utensils;
- LIVING ROOM with a single sofa bed;
- COURTYARD (access from the living room) with a small table and outdoor chairs.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (exhaust holes in the living room and bedroom), hairdryer and iron.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Venice. - From Venice Marco Polo AIRPORT, you can reach the apartment with the Blue Line of the Alilaguna water bus to the Ospedale stop, an 8-minute walk from the property.

- From Venice Santa Lucia STATION, you can reach the apartment with the 5.2 water bus to the Celestia stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.

- If you travel by CAR, you can park for a fee at the AVM Municipal Garage or at Garage San Marco, both near the Piazzale Roma car terminal.
